The demands on modern corporate management are great: creating transparent and lean processes, designing comprehensible knowledge management or providing evidence of legally compliant documentation are just a few points. This requires smart digital quality management. 
Based on this need, Consolutions KG and IT Design GmbH worked together with SPRYLAB to develop the orgavision software - one of the first successful Software as a Service solutions in Germany. orgavision GmbH offers quality management and business organization from a single source. Originally developed with a focus on the social economy, numerous companies from other sectors now also use the software.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

More than 700 companies from a wide range of industries with 160,000 licensed users now use orgavision. Customers include the German Red Cross, the Arbeiterwohlfahrt and the Southeast Bavaria Clinics.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

With its expertise, SPRYLAB was conceptually involved in the development of orgavision from the very beginning. This wasn't just about technical knowledge, but about understanding the social sector and its requirements in order to make the best technological decisions based on this. 
After a very agile development phase with immediate customer feedback, an alpha version was launched on the market after around nine months. The first customers have already been acquired to set up and test users. Further valuable feedback was quickly provided, which in turn could flow into the next development steps. This proximity to customers guaranteed that real added value could quickly be created. 
What was special about orgavision from the start compared to other quality management systems? There is no particular affinity for software in the social sector. The features were therefore designed in such a way that there are no technical hurdles and can be used by employees without training.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

With SPRYLAB we had the perfect partner for many years. Starting with the conception of our software architecture through iterative development in record time to the reliable further development of the product. The journey we took together was characterized by eye level, a strong focus on results and an exceptional go-to-market. 
Without SPRYLAB, our company wouldn't be the popular and successful quality management software it is today. A special relationship has developed over the years. There were no separate SPRYLAB and orgavision teams, just one team committed to shared success.

Are there any areas for improvement or something SPRYLAB could have done differently?

Not really.
