As the partnership evolved and our needs grew, we expanded the team to include backend developers, enabling us to scale our platform capabilities and improve system performance. We extended the team recently by bringing on Linux and eBPF specialists, who have since played a crucial role in expanding our product offering. By 2021, the team had grown to 22 members, and today, it boasts over 55 skilled professionals across multiple disciplines. Since June 2024, we have partnered with OTS to help us expand our technical team. So far, we have 4 highly skilled engineers through this collaboration, and we are currently continuing to grow the team with additional roles in progress.
We engaged OTS to support the development of our MVP, including the initial proof of concept, for a B2B SaaS platform. Their scope of work included early-stage technical consulting, advising on the most appropriate technology stack to ensure the application was secure, scalable, and fit for purpose. OTS provided both backend and frontend developers who worked collaboratively with our founding team to transform our functional requirements into a working software product. Key deliverables included a proof of concept to demonstrate core functionality, followed by the design and development of a production-ready MVP. This process involved iterative prototyping, UI/UX design, API integration, and deployment to a secure cloud environment. OTS supported us through the full product development lifecycle—from technical discovery and system architecture through to implementation and user testing—ensuring we were able to bring a stable and well-structured MVP to our early users.
With the support of OTS, we’ve been able to scale faster and bring in talent that aligns with our long-term vision. Their recruitment expertise has allowed us to stay focused on product development while ensuring we build a high-caliber engineering team.
