The engagement began with a kickoff meeting where we outlined expectations and needs and discussed what we wanted the deliverables to look like. The SotaTek team began designing, creating wireframes, developing, and other tasks after fully comprehending our needs. They kept us informed at every stage. SotaTek worked professionally and created a deliverable that was exactly what we wished for and even more.

A team of 8 people were involved in this project. They were FinTech consultants, frontend & backend developers, UI/ UX designers and testers.

Since the release day, this FinTech mobile app has gained trust of more than 5 million users and received 4.5/5 stars on AppStore & Google Play. We're extremely happy with the results and hope to keep the long-term partnership with SotaTek.

SotaTek project management was very good. We used Jira to manage the project; all of our work was tracked in there. We also used Telegram as our main collaboration and communication tool. Furthermore, we used Gmail for email communication, calendar management, and online meeting hosting.

SotaTek development team was very responsive and communicative, especially on the account management side. I appreciated their efforts to deliver the final product quickly and with high quality.

No. SotaTek turned a challenging idea into a great success.

We and SotaTek development team worked together to discuss best practices in the phases of system design. After receiving the design documents for the software to be created, SotaTek was responsible for the Development and our team was in charge of Testing Phase.

In this project, we worked with some UI/ UX designers, Frontend and Backend developers from SotaTek. All of them were very enthusiastic and easy to talk with.

This Telehealth platform allows patients to connect with hundreds of hospitals to choose the Top doctors and book in advance. It cuts the waiting time of patients by at least 30 minutes and reduces the management work for clinical staffs.

Our overall strategy included a regularly scheduled meeting, as well as 24/7 support availability. We met SotaTek once a month for stand-up meetings to discuss project updates. We also communicated via Telegram, phone, and email as needed. They are very responsive.

We were impressed with their work ethic, timely delivery of high-quality results, and overall project management.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No. The works were delivered as expected.

I am the CTO and we are a company that mainly provides music education services. In addition to this, we are creating a platform that allows not-yet-famous musicians to be recognized for their potential and value to help them grow.

We have developed an NFT marketplace that allows musicians to capitalize on their music. Here, SOTATEK has developed blockchain technology support and web services, which are the main functions of the Marketplace.

I was introduced through an acquaintance. But other than that, SOTATEK decided to make a decision based on its high level of understanding and technology, and its high price competitiveness.

We divided the development into 1st and 2nd phases. In the first phase, we mainly analyzed our needs and built a Marketplace based on them. In the second phase, we developed additional functions that were not achieved in the first phase. Overall, SOTATEK JSC adopted an agile development methodology and produced remarkable results with each sprint.

We worked with about 10-20 people. Although there was a change in the number of people per stage, SOTATEK provided one interpreter, one PM, and one BA each. The rest were all developers, and front-end, back-end, blockchain engineer, and dev-ops engineer were supported by field.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We were able to build the NFT marketplace in 5 months. And all functions work normally.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We are understaffed compared to SOTATEK. However, at SOTATEK, we not only had people involved in the project, but also people who could get support in case of a problem. So, when things went wrong, it wasn't much of a delay. This indicates that SOTATEK's efficiency is high.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their high sense of responsibility is part of what makes them highly valued.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We tried to learn their skills through the project, but we didn't have enough time to do that. This part is a bit disappointing.

As interests flood into the Play-to-earn games where users can entertain while earning NFTs, we also pursue a dream of having our own Blockchain gaming platform. Therefore, we chose SotaTek and their NFT game development services.

Bunicorn is built on Binance Smart Chain, backed and valued at 1.7 million USD by many prestigious organizations. Until now, this Defi product owns 15,000+ daily active users. The design and UX is optimized and excellent.

It was an amazing experience working with SotaTek. All team was so supportive and ready to respond to our requests. They used Agile methodology, which was very flexible and iterative.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I highly appreciate their responsibility and reliability. They always try to understand us and project requirements as much as possible. Most importantly, I think hardly any Blockchain Company can achieve such a broad expertise in Blockchain and NFT Game as SotaTek, which helped us build a successful GameFi platform.

Honestly, no. Everything has gone well, and we’re quite satisfied with their work.

We wanted to build an app for kids to write short interactive stories. As the founder I knew the vision and design but needed more developers to complete the task. While I was familiar with backend services I did not have experience with frontend app development and Sotatek brought the frontend experience.

I ran a contest on Freelancer and invited about 100 outsourcers who had reached out to me over the years. The contest was a simple proof of concept of the app that would take 10 hours to complete. I reviewed the code quality and Sotatek scored the highest.
