As a Tech Partner, SotaTek planned, designed and deployed the Blockchain management system, which would record and protect the data of all recognized certificates on the Blockchain. It can store many awards, recognitioins and degrees of our students, eliminate fake & sharing account problems, and all authorized people can easily access this decentralized database.

We were interacted with the project manager and Technical Team Lead, but haft way through the project we also discussed with QC/QA as well Front End and back-end developers to get more in depth of the system.

This Blockchain system allows us to manage all accounts of online students. Besides, the staffs and teachers can reduce the hassle of paperwork, hence decreasing by roughly 20% time/ day to find, manage or check such documents.

We hired a team of 5 members, including CRM consultants, developers and testers. We didn't need a PM as I was responsible for this role.

The CRM platform was launched one month ahead of schedule. It is simple to use and includes numerous functionalities to assist Sales, Marketing, and other staff in tracking and caring for customers. We can reduce paperwork by 60% and improve performance by 45%.

I was very impressed with their communication; they always responded quickly and briefly, and they always tried to complete the task as soon as possible. We used Telegram, Email, and GG Meet for weekly meetings during the development phases.

This Telehealth platform allows patients to connect with hundreds of hospitals to choose the Top doctors and book in advance. It cuts the waiting time of patients by at least 30 minutes and reduces the management work for clinical staffs.

Our overall strategy included a regularly scheduled meeting, as well as 24/7 support availability. We met SotaTek once a month for stand-up meetings to discuss project updates. We also communicated via Telegram, phone, and email as needed. They are very responsive.

We were impressed with their work ethic, timely delivery of high-quality results, and overall project management.

I was introduced through an acquaintance. But other than that, SOTATEK decided to make a decision based on its high level of understanding and technology, and its high price competitiveness.

We divided the development into 1st and 2nd phases. In the first phase, we mainly analyzed our needs and built a Marketplace based on them. In the second phase, we developed additional functions that were not achieved in the first phase. Overall, SOTATEK JSC adopted an agile development methodology and produced remarkable results with each sprint.

We worked with about 10-20 people. Although there was a change in the number of people per stage, SOTATEK provided one interpreter, one PM, and one BA each. The rest were all developers, and front-end, back-end, blockchain engineer, and dev-ops engineer were supported by field.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We were able to build the NFT marketplace in 5 months. And all functions work normally.

We are understaffed compared to SOTATEK. However, at SOTATEK, we not only had people involved in the project, but also people who could get support in case of a problem. So, when things went wrong, it wasn't much of a delay. This indicates that SOTATEK's efficiency is high.

Their high sense of responsibility is part of what makes them highly valued.

We tried to learn their skills through the project, but we didn't have enough time to do that. This part is a bit disappointing.
