I am the Chief Media Officer for a financial and technological company. We specialize in Blockchain technology and usage.

For what projects/services did your company hire Solving, and what were your goals?

Our website was a placeholder due to a developer leaving the project before completion. Our goal was to rebuild it to showcase our professional mindset along with our technical prowess.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We searched a few web developers in the industry and based on referrals, pricing and portfolio of previous work we decided to move forward with them.

We met with designs and mock ups of features we wanted the website to encompass. There were mainly still images and text that we wanted and they were able to create a very well balanced digital and lively website.

We had a central point of contact and a few behind the scenes.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After launching we showcased the site to our community and they were very impressed and pleased with the outcome.

We had good communication with the project manager. We got step by step progress in which we could make minor tweaks and test on different platforms to ensure optimization.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Everything was delivered in a timely manner, around a week. We received a very personal response and treatment.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There was a minor UI issue when we first launched but the project manager and team were very attentive and had it corrected in no time.

At my company we provide IT services to large companies. When there is something we miss, we usually outsource.

We specifically needed a UI developed entirely with NextJS and dynamodb, and it had to be programmed with Next's integrated api in node, our team had to outsource the services to Solving.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Through a contact, we needed something confidential, a neat design and a good code, and after searching the internet and not finding anything, a partner recommended them to me.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

The project took about 2 weeks. We needed it to have SEO (something difficult if not secuneta with worpdoress) so that. the web was optimized with searches through Google. In addition, it needed a web3 connection through Moralis. and a backend to process user data and interactions.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

This part is not very clear to me, I spoke at all times with two developers, one frontend and one web, and with the company's head.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The code had 90 of. optimization in pagespeed for mobile and 99 for pc. The response time of the api is 36ms on average using AWS Lambda, we were also offered the possibility to lower it to an average of 3ms using GO, but as my developers are from node we opted for the first option. They even gave us documentation on how to structure the AWS deployment and as recommended, the web is hosted at Vercel.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We only had to organize and hold 2 meetings, after that everything was clear and they were able to work until they got the final product, it didn't even need a review.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The certainty that your words and that they have become true. They said a maximum and minimum time, they said how they were going to do it, and after accepting it, it was 100% efficient.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I think they are quite specialized, they may need a little bigdata pointing, but for my project it went perfectly.
