I am the PA for the company owner. Our company manufactures and sells annexes, awnings and accessories for caravans and camping products. We use a custom built online sales platform that was built and managed by Sytematix.

What were your goals for this project?

Our company wanted to create an easy to use sales platform that included all of the specific information we require to make our products and invoice our customers.

How did you select this vendor?

We found Systematix on the E-Lance website.

Once we selected Systematix, we had several meetings via Skype to discuss our vision and how we could achieve it. Within 1-2 weeks we received the first concept/mockup design and began speaking about the functionality we required for the website.

What was the team composition?

We worked with a project manager and 2-3 developers.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Within 6 weeks our website was launched. We are continually working with Systematix to add functions and make changes that our business requires. Systematix have been wonderful to work with and make all changes in a timely manner, always delivering a quality product.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The project manager was our main point of contact. He has always made himself available to us and communication has been very easy.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Systematix knowledge of website and graphic design, user experience and communication has been second to none.

Our contract with Systematix Infotech was for the development of a gaming platform that would work on iOS and Android devices along with a web administration backend.

Our goal was to build a successful platform without major bugs which would allow customers to use this app as a quality enterprise application from day one.
