Please describe your company and your position there.

I work as a independent consultant and have multiple clients in UAE, EU and Africa. Silwana Infotech was referred by our clients and some of my friends agreed for the same as they are Dubai-based Companies and some of my clients have visited the company for further discussion of their project and have great experience.

We had some custom software challenges in terms of development and integration of API for the web and mobile app development.

Project Manager was the main key person to handle the things from their side. There were 4 Senior Developers and some designers which were occupied in the project as needed.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

website developed loaded quickly and thus mobile device bounce rate was low. Increased the online presence and received many good projects that really turned our revenue above 4000%.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

Once the requirements were clear and work started, everything was decided with timeline and we get the work delivered even before the time with out any affect to the quality of work. Really amazing work by team.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The are very friendly an trust worthy people. Whatever it is they will say clearly instead of making stories. We trusted them fully and have received a fully transparency from them. They work for quality work and name and then after for the money. It's very hard to find any such IT company in Dubai who are down to earth and provide quality of work at an unbelievable price.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There is nothing that they need to improve. But still I can say that they can reduce the time line as they are very at project delivery without any error.
