We hired them for their mobile app development services.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We have been working on a custom mobile application, and Siddhi Infosoft is helping us out with that. It’s a cross-platform app compatible with iOS and Android. Their team uses Python and React Native for development. They’ve been very helpful in the development process and in providing good ideas.

This is not the first app they’ve helped us develop; we’ve done about five apps with them.

How did you come to work with Siddhi Infosoft?

We found them through a Google search. We also read some of their reviews, which were very good. Hence, we decided to work with their company.

How much have you invested in them?

We’ve spent approximately $3,000–$4,000. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in June 2021, and it is an ongoing collaboration.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Siddhi Infosoft has done a great job so far. We’ve already launched the app and are about to reach 100 downloads soon. Overall, their efforts have had a positive impact on our business.

How did Siddhi Infosoft perform from a project management standpoint?

They are very responsive and always available and ready to help whenever we need anything. Moreover,  they meet deadlines most of the time and are good at accommodating any change requests that we have.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their communication skills are impressive. They always ask questions to make sure they clearly understand our views and needs.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Whenever we ask for any changes, they get them done, so I don’t have any constructive feedback for them.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Take your time and lead Siddhi Infosoft accordingly. Communicate with them and let them know about all the features you want in the project. They have a sixth sense and provide great insights.
