BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the CEO of Firusas, a fashion retailer. We have physical stores in Vienna and are now selling all over Europe.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Sharobella?

We didn’t have an online shop and wanted to create one so our customers could buy our products online.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Sharobella developed our website from scratch using Shopify. My manager has been working more closely with them since the beginning of the engagement. We’re both involved, but she has been more involved in the IT process whereas I've been more involved with the fashion part.

What is the team composition?

We’ve been working with Michael (E-Commerce & Digital Consultant). We contact him whenever we need something. I’ve also been in contact with another team member who handles change requests. Overall, most of our contact is with Michael, but we do communicate with her on occasion.

How did you come to work with Sharobella?

We were formerly working with a different agency, but it wasn’t working out very well. Michael contacted me personally, and we started talking. We got along, and I liked his approach and ideas.

How much have you invested in them?

We’ve spent between $1 million–$5 million.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our ongoing engagement started in January 2019. We’ve been working together for a long time.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve had a 15% increase in sales because of our online store. This project is my baby, and we’re working on it all the time to acquire new and bigger brands. We received a good number of customers thanks to Sharobella’s efforts.

They were fast and gave us tips on what they thought would be better for our website; we found this to be really helpful. I had ideas but executing them into a website was a different thing. Michael is nice, and we’ve had talks about making the website even better.

I’ve really loved working with them. The quality of their work is amazing, and it’s been an incredible experience. If there was something I didn’t like, the Sharobella team would change it the same day.

How did Sharobella perform from a project management standpoint?

They manage project management very well. Communication is great, and we have a great IT team we work with.

What did you find most impressive about them?

If I don’t like something, they implement changes quickly and ensure the result is something that I want. On top of that, I really like how they help make my ideas even better.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I can’t think of anything.

Get in contact with Michael. Try them out and see for yourself that they’ll help you achieve your goals. We’ve been very happy with them.
