I’m the owner of Cindrella Fashions, a retail apparel and fashion company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Sesler Tech?

We needed someone to develop our e-commerce website.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Sesler Tech has designed and developed our e-commerce website from scratch. They initially explained the process. We started with a meeting to explain our business and why we wanted to move from Amazon and get our own website. They came back with a complete roadmap and proposal. Then, we sat down and discussed everything.

They’ve used WooCommerce and done the entire content writing and everything else on the site, including the photos and graphics. Additionally, they’ve started on SEO and Google Ads. They’ll also maintain our site because we’re not tech-savvy.

What is the team composition?

We’ve mainly interacted with the executive director.

How did you come to work with Sesler Tech?

I found them through a Google search. Sesler Tech was local, and they took an interest in our work rather than just pushing their business like the other companies.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent between 60,000–70,000 Indian Rupees (approximately $750–870 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in June 2022, and our relationship is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They’re very down-to-earth and genuine people. We haven’t launched the site yet, but they’ve done a great job.

How did Sesler Tech perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve done an excellent job. They’re very engaged; they deliver what they promise within the timeframe they give. Also, they respond immediately, give us regular updates, and take our feedback seriously.

We mainly use Zoom and WhatsApp to communicate.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’d recently opened up, so they didn’t have a lot of work to show. However, they were upfront about what kind of work they could do. They didn’t push us to sign up; they just explained everything they could offer to see if we were comfortable with it. 

Ultimately, they’ve delivered successfully, and we like how courteous and genuine they are.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, we’re happy with their work so far.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Don’t be apprehensive or judgmental about new startups. Give them a chance to showcase their talent.
