I am the Data Analyst and 1st level I.T. technical support contact on site at a non-profit, community health organization

For what projects/services did your company hire ServantecGlobal?

Our company outgrew the current network infrastructure, in terms of performance and number of end users. We hired Servantec Global to upgrade the entire network at our largest facility and manage computer, laptop, tablet, iPAD and phone, printing device access to the network.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Servantec Global was referred to us by our agency's previous I.T. provider. We interviewed the lead consultant, Joe Beddoe, and chose Servantec based on track record with successfully managing networks, comprehensively. What stands out with Servantec vs. similar other I.T. providers is Servantec's genuine commitment to strengthening technology access in marginalized communities.

Describe the project in detail and walk through their service package.

They did a thorough review of our current infrastructure and asked detailed, relevant questions about how we use technology. From the assessment, Servantec proposed how our new network should look and function and their proposal included plan for future expansion.

They uninstalled all unnecessary equipment, installed and configured new equipment. Now, when we have any technical problems, hardware or end-user, we go to them for assistance and their response rate is impeccable. We pay a monthly fee for I.T. services.

Two resources from Servantec's team worked with us, they were the Chief Technical Officer and Technical Support Specialist.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They finished the project on time as promised and every device method was tested and functional. Now that they are managing our network, there has been no downtime, our internet speed is a lot faster.

They have installed the capability for users to submit help tickets directly from their computers which allows us to focus on our core services without worry about random technical issues.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

There was smooth workflow between Servantec and us. They provide several ways to get in contact with them and they respond within 24 hours. They provide end-user support directly to the user submitting help ticket and resolve issues on 1st call for help.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Truthfully, their compassion for our non-profit line of work and community, and how they go beyond the call of duty to answer our calls for assistance is most impressive and unique about Servantec

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I can't think of any areas for improvement at this time. They did a great job at a significantly cost-effective rate, and we appreciate all that they do for us.

We get quick and personal responses when we need assistance and that really makes a difference for our team. I think there are real, tangible benefits of using a smaller firm that provides hands-on customer service and support. 

I really love the way that the ServantecGlobal team takes the time to understand our mission so that they understand our unique needs. The skills of the team are impressive when we have a question or an issue. The team is always helpful and the customer service really shines. The personal touch is really great.
