SENA Health is a healthcare AI-enablement company that runs patient access and care coordination for medical practices, health systems, and self-insured employers. Its 24/7/365 Clinical Command Center combines AI automation with clinically trained coordinators who handle scheduling, intake, triage, referrals, insurance verification, prior authorizations, medication refills, and patient communication.

What makes SENA different is the human layer. Most AI patient access tools resolve some inbound calls and route the rest back to already-stretched front office staff. SENA staffs the gap. When a call involves a post-surgical complication, a new diagnosis, or anything a script cannot close, a trained person picks it up.
