Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We needed to rebrand a SAAS company and redevelop our UI and backend process. We needed help retaining our old customers through the transition and help with acquisition and retaining new clients. Sellery totally redeveloped our website and branding from beginning to end and implemented some very useful systems to engage with our customers and help sell more products. 

They built out the templates for our smaller in-house marketing team to take over and use efficiently such as email sequences, SMS drips and sales strategies. And we also had them consult us on our advertising strategy.. and help us develop a system to encourage our clients to refer for incentives that would reflect on the client's subscription.. for example if they referred 5 clients that would equal a 5% reduction in their subscription and so forth..

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have great feedback on our website and it works the way we need it to exactly..We're very happy with it. Our systems and templates have been successful as well in helping us retain a healthy number of clients and the referral system based on percentages has been successful as well and our clients like it. Overall very good job

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Before we decided to work with them, I was in talks with another company but the they seemed so uninterested and unenthusiastic...it was awkward. And they also didn't provide nearly the amount of value that Sellery said they would do.. and DID.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Sellery Digital could have done differently?

Honestly, their communication was very good. When our project got started, I got the project director's personal cell and we communicated non stop. He was very professional and knowledgable. All in all a great company
