Soon after, the business analyst and project manager showed up, taking notes and helping me to clarify our ideas. Sapphire developed an Android app that automates all processes while accelerating the app. This enables the school to connect with teachers, parents, administrators, and students more effectively while also giving quick access to data that is essential for making decisions. The ap's frontend is in Java, and backend is in .NET

Sapphire did a fantastic job of encapsulating the spirit of our project, incorporating it across the design, and making sure that the product we worked on had a resonance that was true to the original vision. The idea was brilliant and unique, and it was captured in the wire frames. The designs are lovely and effectively communicate our ideas. In my perspective, Sapphire is unique in that they pay close attention.

I thought our teams worked really well together. 3–4 hour meetings once a week The Sapphire crew was consistently positive and prompt in responding to any issues or questions that arose. After seeing that Sapphire had developed a number of apps for other educational institutions, we determined that they were the best option for us because we were looking for someone with experience in creating educational technology.

The application for our institution, is a user-friendly application to be used by students, teachers as well as the management, to manage online classes (Zoom integrations) with just a click, hence while starting the classes teacher doesn't need to share the code every time, and just need to click start lecture for teacher and record the student’s attendance accordingly and join lecture for the students, one to one chat in case of doubts that a student can clear with the respective teacher.

The app has been developed in Java for front end and .Net for the backend. starting with the designs, on approval they created a functional document and then started with the develolpment of frontend and backend.

The developers team worked on the integration modules we need for the app, there were mobile developers who effectively worked on our application, and there was QC to verify that the product met the quality standards we had set.

In order to manage and access the data appropriately, the Android Application also provides separate Multiple login access. First we had a teachers Login in that we have described the Functionalities. After that we have planned and updated the functianality as per the non-teaching Staff employee Login, then for students Login and at last administrative staff & teacher Login of the institution with Functionality. Additionaly after the confirmation from our end the Android application was build full of multiple functionality as per the Users.

The application not only met our objectives and aspirations, but also made management easy and labor-intensive.

The only thing we did was assess if the tested modules (login wise) were applicable to and usable by our users, and whether they performed as well as we had anticipated given their friendliness and simplicity. There are no improvements as of now. Additionally the functionality for the Mobile Application is wonderfull, quick responses, and top-notch services after providing the confirmation for the Mobile Application functionality and developed application by Sapphire Software Solutions.
