they started with data gathering of our idea and vision about the website and the simple scratch drafts of our 5 pages site in both arabic + english then send us another special designs form asking favorite colors and themes and to proivde similar examples sites that we are looking for.we sent them the links and our website content, then we waited for 6 days and they made us a demo site and asked us for notes and comments , then they made sure it's fully compliance with our BRS then the delivered us big zip file of the website and installed the site on our domain.

i understood the importance of SLA and BRS documents and the website professional development needs a lot of understanding before starting up with project , i thought it was easy process but not anymore.
