For what projects/services did your company hire Rolustech, and what were your goals?
We hired Rolustech to create a highly customized CRM using the Community Edition of Sugar, which was license-free. Subsequently, we asked Rolustech migrate us to SuiteCRM.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We initially found Rolustech through Upwork in 2007. They had heavy experience with SugarCRM and its Community edition. They also had excellent feedback/reviews from their clients
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
We have worked closely with Rolustech for more than 15 years. We have always found them to be an exceptional provider. They handle themselves professionally and their development work has always been delivered on time. Each person that we have worked with there has had excellent English skills. We've had very few if any miscommunications over the years that I can recall.
Rolustech has kept us informed of progress on development on a daily basis through the Redmine app that we use. Their estimate of hours needed to accomplish a particular task is accurate. I was at first worried about the time difference between U.S. Central time and their local time. But that has not been an issue.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We've worked with approximately six members of the Rolustech team.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
We have had instances where we needed their help immediately, generally because of a serious user error. For example, we had a sales manager mistakenly delete 6,000+ records and Rolustech made it a priority to restore them for us, even after their normal working hours. Some years ago, we have had a U.S. company specializing in SugarCRM review the quality of our code.
They gave Rolustech high marks. They also remarked that they rarely had seen such a customized version of Sugar as ours. Because their employees seem to stay with them for many years (some have been with them since our inception), they know our account well. When an issue arises, they are able to fix it without creating other issues through unintended consequences.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
Most of our communication was via a platform called Redmine. We used Zoom when we had a major project to plan.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Rolustech has demonstrated its commitment to professionalism time and time again. It's wonderful working with a partner who you can trust because of their high integrity.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
I cannot think of an area where Rolustech could improve.
