I am the CEO of a real estate start-up based in Montreal Canada.

For what projects/services did your company hire ROCHEGRUP SOFTWARES, and what were your goals?

We hired ROCHEGRUP SOFTWARES for the custom development of our web application. Our goal was to build a web application to connect real estate professionals worldwide.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We found them through a referral network and considered them along with 3 other vendors.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

They designed and developed the web application from scratch. We started by doing the branding and UI/UX and followed with the development and deployment process. The technologies used are Node.js, MongoDB, Sendgrid, Next.js, React.js, Google Maps, Google Cloud Platform, Typescript, and Javascript.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We have worked with 3 people from their team the CTO, the project manager and the community manager.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We were able to begin work on the project two months earlier. Analytics, performance, and data were readily available from the start. There were no bugs, and the solution was robust enough to handle a DDOS attack in the early days. Their team performed so well there that we decided to continue working with them on another project and for the maintenance of our platform.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

The project management was great. They met all the deadlines and were very attentive. We could reach them anytime and follow the process through regular emailing. We communicated through Google Meet and Whatsapp.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We had direct access to the project manager. It made the communication of our ideas very easy. Nothing was lost in translation to the team afterwards.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I was completely satisfied with the work results that they provided.
