While the overall experience was positive, I did notice some delays in responses to my queries during project management. I understand that project managers handle multiple responsibilities, including team coordination, daily reviews, and risk management. However, it would be helpful if associate PMs could be appointed to support the PMs, ensuring quicker response times.
