I’m the financial controller and operations manager at HYFATech. We primarily work in the blockchain and medical industries, providing them with IT services.

What challenge were you trying to address with GravityBPO?

We wanted to boost our sales through direct marketing.

What was the scope of their involvement?

At the start of the project, GravityBPO analyzed our existing marketing efforts and presented them in a report. Then, they set up our telemarketing efforts. Through those efforts, they were able to generate leads to forward to us.

Our partnership was from June 2020–July 2022.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We got a lot of positive leads from GravityBPO that our sales department was able to close. The partnership concluded because we built an in-house team to cover their work. 

How did GravityBPO perform from a project management standpoint?

We gave GravityBPO deadlines to meet, which they were able to meet after an initial lag in their performance. We communicated through Slack and emails; our sales team coordinated with GravityBPO through Salesforce. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

The initial company analysis GravityBPO provided was excellent — they identified our strengths and weaknesses. That analysis was the primary reason we hired them; none of the other companies we interviewed could provide that insight. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

Their company needs to expand their team. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I’d advise customers to hire GravityBPO after conducting an interview. They provide great information on how to strengthen customers’ businesses.

GravityBPO provides us with call center services. They call customers to ask about their orders and have been setting up my network. They’re also responsible for creating scripts and messaging for outreach calls. Their team works remotely.

We work with three people from their end: a project manager and two subordinates.

They were recommended to us by a mutual friend. We selected them because their pricing was very efficient.

How much have you invested with them?

We have spent close to $7,000.

What is the status of the engagement?

Our partnership began in August 2022, and it's still ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Since partnering with GravityBPO, we’ve noticed a 60% increase in the number of our clients; we’re very impressed with this achievement.

How did GravityBPO perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve been very efficient in responding to our messages and calls. Moreover, they’re always available and give us updates regularly, even though we’re in different time zones.

We communicate via Skype, and they’ve given us access to their CRM system, which allows us to track the project’s progress and outcomes on a weekly basis.

What did you find most impressive about them?

GravityBPO is very good at giving new ideas. Their staff is also highly experienced, cooperative, and flexible.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don't think so; the entire process has been pretty straightforward.

Any advice for potential customers?

Make sure you commit to the project commitment and go through the process properly.

we had a serious need of filter numbers according to our required zip and area codes.so we hired Gravity to update us on this issue we facing initially as consultant

They designed and developed initial prototype filtration and then we started cleaning out fuss outside the board and scope. Laravel and Iot were used on database on Oracle

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We are now having our 8 hour shift running smoothly as we clear our number before shift

The project management is awesome. They regularly met the deliverables, and we moved forward till the end.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We had direct access and cooperation of friendly staff

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Maybe in the start , they should be more demanding now...as they worked perfectly.and just losing their charm if we dont negotiaite enough
