I was also impressed with their commitment to providing top-notch customer service and their attention to detail. Their enthusiasm and passion for creating beautiful, functional websites was evident from the very beginning, and that was the deciding factor for me.

The scope of work for the website project included the following steps:

From the initial consultation to the final launch, Linda and Sergey's dedication to delivering a great website was truly impressive. They took the time to understand my vision and goals and then used their technical expertise and creativity to make it all a reality.

We are a pharma tech company and I am working in the capacity of a Senior Marketing Manager.

Our website was created a few years back and we wanted to revamp the website in order to communicate & connect better with our target audience and also introduce our new solutions.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

RedLab was introduced to us by our UI/ UX design agency. Development of the website in fast turnaround time was one of the important factors leading to the decision.

We had a few initial calls to explain the wireframes and the objectives we wanted to achieve with the website, by that time we already had a layout and the necessary concept. Post that, we created and followed a roadmap and they worked together with us to meet the timelines.

Since the release of the site, it has been on complementary support for a year for some fixes or minor corrections. We still communicate if we need help or make some additional functionality.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We communicated with two people from the team. First with Linda (Head of production). Towards the final launch phase, there was a change in the point of contact to another project manager Serhiy, with whom we mainly communicate these days.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We have received positive feedback and compliments for the new website. The metrics of the website in terms of visits and sessions have also increased since the launch of the new website.

Emails were the major communication platform. There was a hiccup during the launch when there was a change in the point of contact but it was taken care of later very well.

The new point of contact is pretty responsive and gives suggestions/ quick feedback on the messaging tool as well which makes communication quite fast and efficient.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We have had a good experience with the after service. We still reach out to them for any issues/ updates that we have and our project manager proactively helps to resolve them.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The launch phase of the website could have been smooth.

Tresor Gold Corp is a gold mining company with offices in New York and London, and operations in Sierra Leone, West Africa. I serve the company as its CEO.

For what projects/services did your company hire Redlab agency, and what were your goals?

We are an early stage company that was seeking to establish a web presence. Our web site was expertly designed by League Design (https://league.design/) so we needed a Web Development company that had the sophistication to render and program our design effectively.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We received a warm referral from League Design. We interviewed Red Lab as well as two other vendors in the space. We determined that Red Lab had the wherewithal to execute best.

1. Figma design files were shared with Red Lab.
2. Red Lab responded with their understanding of the scope of work and proposal
3. We negotiated and finalized our Agreement
4. Red Lab proposed launching our site in two phases, which served our purposes of getting an initial website published for our investor and relationship interfacing; and then the final, full launch several weeks thereafter.

Note that the project entailed back-end as well as front-end programming; and incorporated special motion design programming as well.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I believe that we have three members from Red Lab's team that touched our project, although we only corresponded with the Project Manager. The Project Manager allocated the responsibilities between the two programmers, one who worked on the front-end platform and the other who coded the back-end aspects.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Yes, we have an amazing web-based presence which was superbly designed (by League) and expertly programmed/executed by Red Lab. We attend conferences and events, and we are currently capital raising for our venture, so it is critical to have a professional, effective website to share our story and our opportunity.

The Project Manager was always punctual and effectively managed the timeline and our expectations with regards to any deliverables during the process. We would occasionally receive drafts of the progress so that we could track the process and provide any comments, if necessary.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They worked seamlessly with the transition of the design to the programming of the website. They were efficient workers and communicated well throughout the process, and met our target to get an earlier phase 1 released ahead of a major industry conference.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We were extremely pleased with their work and professionalism. The only minor comment that we could mention is that they do not work over weekends or respond to emails. Note that this is NOT a complaint, but merely an advisory comment, so that limitation should be accounted for when managing your project to ensure project issues or goals are discussed timely during business hours so that the client can managed its expectations as well.

We are working with Redlab Agency almost two years. For this time we have made a 40+ projects successfully together. And this is one, XSTARS, is one of the our recent projects we made. We came to Redlab with design idea of interface of our NFT Crypto Project. And they suggested making it based on Vue.JS/Nuxt.JS frameworks to make our Web Application work faster. Our startup's tech lead was amazed by Redlab's professional level and they found enjoy in the work process. So, right now it's already done and I'm supper happy with that!

Redlab made our project in fantastic timeframes – 1,5 months! If to compare, other vendors estimated it for 3-4 months. The quality of their work is incredible and on the top-notch level.

Communication was perfect. Every week sync calls, status reports, top pro project management. I don't know how they do it, but Redlab – the best vendor in frontend and backend development.

• Communication. It's really nice to talk to Redlab's team. Everybody are very kind and professional.
• Deadlines. If they promised, it will be done within agreed timeframes.
• Quality. The code was reviewed by another professionals and developers.

All of them had amazing high-quality code and an absence of bugs.

For what projects/services did your company hire Redlab agency, and what were your goals?

I hired Redlab to build a custom website that would have the capability to have HIPPA-secure asynchronous healthcare visits for a telemedicine company getzeuss.com. Build a subscription billing system without using stripe. Users have to be able to manage their membership and account.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I developed many web and mobile app projects so I interviewed many developers. I deleted them based on their knowledge and also some good references.

We started by designing the flow and creating wireframes. We picked solutions and plug-ins we wanted to use. They helped me find reasonable solutions for this very custom project, as no platform supports asynchronous telemedicine with e-commerce, so it had to be custom build.

I worked with a lead developer and few designers from their team.

The site is working great and driving sales, and revenue.

We use loom for communication a lot since there is a time difference. They always very clear about the time lines and pricing.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The depth of the knowledge and work ethic.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There can be a language barrier, so it could take a little longer to explain an issue. However, if that happened, we scheduled a zoom call, and we’re able to solve it.
