We are a bespoke tailoring business based in London called Pratt & Prasad Bespoke Tailoring. We focus on making quality clothing by hand using tailors from London and material sourced from wool made in the UK. We are a team of two and I built and maintain the website and look after all the financial affairs while Haddon is a Savile Row trained cutter and tailor who is the face of Pratt & Prasad.

For what projects/services did your company hire RBSEO, and what were your goals?

Being new to the market, building a website was easy however gaining traction on Google and other search engines was difficult. Its a fairly niche market with lots of well established companies so ranking on Google was initially quite difficult. I also have another full time job so do not have a huge amount of time to devote to Pratt & Prasad. We discovered RBSEO and the one to one support so far has been excellent. We have also been seeing great results on our Google rankings which I would be unable to do myself.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We discovered them on Google and looked at other ratings of them which were all excellent. I have spoken to Raj and found him very professional, courteous, and honest. He was non-pushy and has helped us in optimising our website and building link campaigns.

We were advised that our website was already fairly well optimised so there were only a few changes needed there. What we really needed was content creating and link building which we simply did not have time to do ourselves. This is where RBSEO came in to help.

I worked with Raj directly who I'm sure outsourced the content creation to his team. I believe Raj is the owner of RBSEO.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our rankings have increased significantly since we started. As such we can see more traffic to our website and more enquiries.

Communication is excellent with responses received at all times of day including weekends.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

It was very refreshing to be able to have a conversation with someone who was not pushing their services. Rather, Raj was very honest and gave us options to consider within our budget.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not so far. The articles are generally written well but sometimes I need to correct grammatical issues which can take a bit of time. All in all though I feel this is something I can deal with.

We found RBSEO through Trustpilot, displaying high scores and all reviews indicated they were fairly priced and committed. After being ripped off in the past with other companies, we based our decision on the reviews and were not disappointed.

Onsite SEO changes & backlinks are the main element of the campaign. The plan varies monthly depending on our budget, but RBSEO deliver to our expectations every month, delivered month on month improvements to our chosen keywords.

We have one main point of contact but I know a number of people work behind the scenes on our project.

Since starting to use the company, weve seen month on month improvements. For the low cost we are paying we find this to be great value for money.

Very good reviews and low cost for services.

I'm happy with the service. When we explained that our budget couldn't be stretched to the normal monthly amount, we were offered a discount. (summer is low conversion month which often puts strains on our budgets)
