The team consisted of an account manager who was in touch with us throughout the entire process. There was also the production team which included the project manager, scriptwriter, storyboard artist, designer, animator, and sound designer. The feedback process was very relaxed and the account manager answered all the questions about the animation very easily and was glad to help us understand all the processes.
