The stages were very easy and very well explained. All the work with Prodigi has been very smooth, the whole experience has been amazing. So we had written our own script so we just sent that to Prodigi, from that they created a storyboard and sent it back for reviews which had the breakdown scene by scene. We had a few back-and-forths of review and they were amazing! They were very fast and understood exactly what I was saying and wanted! And from there they send the video and again back and forth with review of the video and then it is finalized.

My main communication person was Natalie, and it was amazing. I communicated to her and she reported to the team. The feedback process was at the every step of the way and there is unlimited feedback. They are again very easy to communicate as they understood directly what I was saying and they were very fast with incorporating the feedback.

The videos have been a great success! We have showcased our rebranding video at our annual conference infront of +400 people, posted it on our social medias and continue to present it at numerous conferences around the world and the feedback is amazing, everyone until now has absolutely loved it and it showcased everything our rebranding represents. The training video has also received compliments from our members who use the training platform as it facilitated their navigation in it.

The communication has been very smooth and fast! They would respond either on the same day or the next and it made it very comfortable to work with them as I felt comfortable that I could reach them whenever I needed and it was the same for organizing calls.

I would say the people, it truly felt pampered in a way, as I felt that they were there the moment I needed something they would make it happen, if I needed something by a date, they made it happen. They really made us feel as if we were their number one priority and not made it feel like we were just one of their many projects, as other companies do.

They have also been so positive and friendly to work with that it really made the whole experience so comfortable which again does not make it feel like a business transaction and that we were not just another company in the basket.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

It was all really amazing. One thing that I would suggest (which I do not know how possible this is) is to have more natural video clips and scenes, as some felt too clearly staged and not a natural interaction between people in the video clip for example. But this is also understandable, so it is a minor thing.

I chose them after so many hours and even days of search. This is the only vendor that will truly reach out even in the beginning. I was treated as a real person, not just a prospective customer. I was immediately assigned a project manager- Inesa, and she was laways there to answer all my quextions and concerns, and she made sure that the project is going on schedule and meets my expectations.

In all the 3 explainer videos, starts with a game plan, and with target dates. And I even had one that needs a faster target date which was succesfully finished in a record time. Each stage I was allowed to make inputs if any, and I was allowed to make revisions- this is also very crucial to my projects as there are several times when the final product has to be amended to reflect the "allowed" claims in the patent; cost minimization, manufacturability, etc.

I have worked mainly with Inesa, and she is the lead project manager. She works with her assistant which takes over in her absence, but Inesa is always there for me. It is Inesa who makes all coordinations with her group of experts.

What I like to add- my 3 proprietary inventions are all in concept stage when WeProDigi first accepted them, meaning the finished products are still not available- in fact at those stages back then- all I have was the patent applications and the proven prototype which are very much different than the final would be product which is still being developed

WeProDigi was able to come up with the product realistic rendering based on my inputted ideas- and these are quite very amazing by itself- quite extraordinary talent. Not only were they evry talented in what they are doing- but they are exemptionaly talented in putting these "ideas" in the proper in the selected medium, which is very very important and crucial to help viewers "fully grasp" the idea being conveyed- and WeProDigi was very exeptional all around.

We haven’t received the final animated video, so we don’t have any feedback about the quality of the product. However, the storyboarding process was very well understood; it was a very easy process.

We became aware of Prodigi through a recommendation. We were impressed by the work deposited. We liked the first communication very much. Therefore, we commissioned Prodigit straight away and did not search any longer.

The first thing we did was to explain our goal to Prodigi. Then we sent a rough storyboard and the desired texts. Prodigi then illustrated our images and put them into a video. Our contact person is Account Manager. We were very satisfied with her. She answered us quickly at all times and always gave us a progress report. She always informed us about the next steps. Times were always kept. Feedback was well dealt with.
