Starting with the preliminary study and continuing through to the delivery of the minimum viable product (MVP), Prilient Technologies offered complete support. They began by carefully examining our demands as well as the demands of the market. To complete the platform's development and support, they subsequently put together a team. For iOS, the initial version was created. We tested the market for three months before moving on to complete versions for both iOS and Android.

With the app, users may search for eateries in their area depending on their tastes and location. Interactive merchant panels are a part of the backend. Our virtual queuing method is based on location, order complexity, and queue length, among other things. Merchants are informed of when the customer will arrive, and users obtain estimations for their order timeframes reach. Additionally, we allowed consumers to customize order items. For example, they may select the bread and contents that they want on a burger.

We had extensive conversations over every phase of the implementation with Prilient's team. With only one kind of burger available for ordering, the MVP was comparatively easy to operate. The software become more dynamic as we went along, enabling users to personalize their orders and provide virtual queuing.

When the project was first launched, Prilient Technologies employed a team of fifteen to sixteen individuals, comprising of about twelve developers and two project managers (one senior and one junior).

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We introduced a reliable product to the market with success. With a 4.8 rating across iOS and Android, the app has garnered favorable reviews in the app stores. After a few months, the MVP was finished, and three more months were needed for the full product launch on both platforms. Considering that in the following iteration we entirely revamped the app, this was quite outstanding.

The project was expertly managed by Prilient Technologies. Their whole crew, from engineers to management, was cohesive and well-informed. Strong engineering procedures are in place to guarantee high-quality work. This is a typical problem that would have occurred in bigger companies like Accenture or IBM.

We kept in constant contact seven days a week via phone conversations, Skype, and Slack. I spoke with the project manager most of the time, but I also had direct access to every team member, including the testers and developers.

In order to determine whether developing this prototype was still what we wanted to do, Prilient Technologies took up an existing prototype from a previous development partner and started a research phase with PHE. Following this period of exploration, we made the decision to redesign the app with a clear emphasis on the communities function. After that, we started the development stage.

React Native is used in the development of the iOS and Android apps. The MVP version of the app has SSO (Apple/Google), a built-in browser to watch resources and videos selected by PHE, and the ability for users to engage with one another in pre-moderated communities (Prilient Technologies also created a web gateway to facilitate moderation and admin of the app by PHE).

The software has amazed the young people who have used it thus far. Our user base is always expanding, and Prilient Technologies has done a fantastic job of making sure software upgrades are released on schedule to provide consumers the most experience possible.

In Zepplin, Slack, Jira, Asana, and Zepplin, everything is monitored and documented. Prilient Technologies was generally punctual until the development team was disrupted. The project only fell behind schedule by one month at that point. Prilient Technologies collaborated closely with PHE to minimize any potential delays.
