They started by doing interviews with us and providing us with written surveys so they could get a sense of our website. They gained knowledge about our company, our activities, our users, and their website needs as a result of this. Following this protracted time, they collaborated to generate a wide range of concepts. This sparked a number of concepts for the branding, logo, and functionality of the website. They revised and resubmitted their concepts for many iterations after running them past us. Final deliverables included a brand, a logo, and a website.  

Before starting work, they inquired about our favorite colors and patterns, for instance, based on the brand. They were the source of all that labor, and the central component of it. We only provided comments. We only told them what we wanted the website to do, not how it should appear, and they came up with many ideas to get there.

First and foremost, the website needed to look good. Next, it needed to make it simple to discover content, including tables and data. We want to keep adding features to the website, such as the news section that we recently created.

The most recent round of bids came in through our website, and it went rather well. Nothing negative was reported to us. Although we don't have any quantitative measures, the proposal process is our most important task, thus it needs to run well. Users of the website are effectively utilizing it from a wide range of nations.

Our new logo is contemporary and adheres to current guidelines for logos of comparable institutions, whereas our previous one seemed to come from a bygone era. It was a delight to work with Prilient Technologies.

There were no surprises, and they responded to us quite quickly. Nothing went wrong, so they never arrived late and the website's subsequent round of ideas was a huge success.

Although we didn't utilize any specialized project management software, they were in close communication with our Department of Energy program manager. Our entire communication with Prilient Technologies was to provide them with input and criticism as they showcased several iterations of the website and logo. They got in touch with us via phone calls, emails, and video conferencing.

The issue of creating a website that performs well on a phone differs greatly from that of creating a website that works well on a desktop. I'm not sure whether we could have created a website that was optimized for mobile devices.
