We use traditional Agile/Scrum methodologies to build a platform that supports our short and long term strategic goals. The key activities that PerfectionGeeks supports are traditional Scrum ceremonies, frontend and backend development, release activities, regression testing, sprint management, resolution of technical debt, and 3rd party integrations among other things.

They did extensive competitive and end user research to develop the most effective and intuitive UI for the device, and identified new opportunities for monetization and market penetration. Key deliverables included:

Within few days after launching the project we got reviews from the clients that how much user friendly and convenient the app is. They found everything in the app they want.

The project manager was easy to communicate with and provided Status reports on each stage of the projects. We had both in person meetings and phone calls. most feedback was through emails. Everything was delivered on time without any delay, even we received ample warning if deadline wasn't going to met.

Their Mobile app development skills blew me away.They knew everything about UX/UI and execution. Since this was our fist mobile app. They were very patient and willing to walk us through their process while we learned.
