he engagement covered both planning and development. Before writing code, their team spent time understanding how we actually work internally, which honestly made a big difference later in the project. They helped design and develop the platform from the ground up, including the backend structure, dashboards, workflow tools, and integrations we needed for day-to-day operations. A big part of the work also focused on usability because we wanted something the team could adopt quickly without a huge learning curve. Some of the main deliverables included: A custom internal management platform Workflow and task tracking features Reporting dashboards Backend development and database integration System optimization and testing Ongoing technical support during deployment

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The biggest improvement was efficiency. A lot of tasks that previously required manual coordination became much easier to manage through the platform, and communication across teams became more organized overall. It also gave us better visibility into project progress and reduced time spent jumping between different systems. From a performance standpoint, the platform has been stable and reliable even as usage increased. Internally, adoption was pretty smooth, which was important for us because nobody wants software that becomes more work to use.

Overall, they were easy to work with. The team stayed organized, communicated consistently, and generally delivered things within the timelines we discussed. What I appreciated most was that they were open to feedback and didn’t make things complicated when adjustments were needed. In development projects, changes happen all the time, and they handled those situations professionally without slowing everything down. It felt more like working with an extension of our team than dealing with a typical outside vendor.
