From there, they handled all the front-end development. They built the mobile app using Flutter so it would run smoothly on both iOS and Android, and they put together the main web dashboard using React. The most critical part of their job was hooking up the interface to our internal APIs. They got it working perfectly so that live bus locations and arrival times update instantly without any lag. Instead of users getting lost in our service pages, the chatbot guides them to the exact whitepapers or contact forms they need. We’ve also tracked a steady rise in user engagement times on our portal, meaning clients are actually interacting with the tool and getting value from it rather than bouncing.

If I have to be picky, I’d say the initial onboarding and data gathering phase was a bit chaotic. They sent over a massive, overwhelming spreadsheet for our team to fill out with historical QA data all at once. It felt a bit disorganized at the start and created a bit of a bottleneck for my team. It would have been much better if they had broken that data collection down into smaller, weekly phases.

Also, a couple of the early UI mockups for the chat widget felt a little dated, so we had to push them quite a bit to match our sleek Nordic design guidelines. They got there in the end, but it took a few extra back and forth design revisions.

Overall, they were easy to work with. The team stayed organized, communicated consistently, and generally delivered things within the timelines we discussed. What I appreciated most was that they were open to feedback and didn’t make things complicated when adjustments were needed. In development projects, changes happen all the time, and they handled those situations professionally without slowing everything down. It felt more like working with an extension of our team than dealing with a typical outside vendor.

For me, the biggest thing was how practical they were. Some development teams focus too much on the technical side and lose sight of the actual business problem. PerfectionGeeks did a good job balancing both. They asked thoughtful questions, paid attention to how the platform would actually be used, and were willing to suggest better approaches when needed instead of just doing the bare minimum.

We engaged with PerfectionGeeks to support and lead our ongoing software development. We use traditional Agile/Scrum methodologies to build a platform that supports our short and long term strategic goals. The key activities that PerfectionGeeks supports are traditional Scrum ceremonies, frontend and backend development, release activities, regression testing, sprint management, resolution of technical debt, and 3rd party integrations among other things.

No issues with project management, as they were involved in recurring meetings (i.e. weekly standups, sprint ceremonies, etc). We would occasionally need to revisit staffing or budget constraints, but these conversations were always productive and resolved in a timely manner.

The Perfectiongeeks analyzed the UI and UX needed for a new telecommunications controller device and developed the entire user journey, navigation, on-device and web screens, and the end to end user interactions. They did extensive competitive and end user research to develop the most effective and intuitive UI for the device, and identified new opportunities for monetization and market penetration. Key deliverables included:
