Please describe your company and your position there.

The Whole Move Company Ltd is a commercial moves and clearances company. I'm the accounts manager for the company and was the lead point of contact with Pentad Media for the projects they work on with us.

For what projects/services did your company hire Pentad Media, and what were your goals?

We initally approached Pentad Media for assistance with the creation of a new website, ours had previously been about 20 years out of date. Our goal was to create a site that would provide a good landing page that would encourage potential clients to contact us from a quote off the back of Google Ad campaign. On speaking with Yasir from Pentad Media, we soon realised that we would meet our expectuions better through a full rebrand and overhaul of our outdated communications system.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We came across Pentad Media while searching for a local business that could help us with our needs. On further review of Pentad Media's previous projects we felt that our business would be well looked after by them and were additionally blown away by the fantastic customer service off the bat - quickly scheudling a meeting to full understand what we were looking for and quickly following up with clear presentations on where we could go.

The project developed into a full rebrand along side the production of a new website, and design of stationary and promotional materials. We also used Pentad Media to overhaul our communication management system and produce and manage our Google Ads campaign. 

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked only directly with Yasir who managed the project for us but were aware that he had a team of designers, developers and copy writers who were able to quickly and effectively turn around the product developements for us.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

Yasir was our main point of call for all communications and meetings. All calls were set out with a schedule of key points of dicussion, and were carried out either face to face or via Google Hangouts or Teams.  Every meeting was arranged promptly and all feedback, updates to etc. were addressed and actioned on well before time expectations.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The level of customer service and professionality of the whole team. Can honestly say that we were completely blown away with their understanding of our business needs and requirements for the project and accurately respresenting this within short turnaround times.

We used pentad media to develop and maintain our website and marketing material along with social media campaigns with all I.T related services. Pentad media helped us with marketing strategies and how to market our product in UK and in overseas market.

we searched online and then checked their past completed projects which we found are good.

Market our project on social media and generate leads. designing social media posts. helping with marketing ideas and strategies to gain more leads. maintaining website and upgrading it with new features. email marketing and all printing of marketing materials.

What was the team composition?

Pentad media was always available to us even on short notice, had meetings with director himself to discuss plans. very helpful and smooth process overall

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

we have seen good increase in leads and sales.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

we have meetings every 2-3 days to discuss on going campaigns and to discuss future plans.

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?

Pentad media can add more services so its like one stop shop.

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the director of a signage solutions company. We provide all sorts of signages, such as LED signs, wall graphics, indoor and outdoor graphics, etc.

What challenge were you trying to address with Pentad Media?

We hired Pentad Media to develop our website and software and handle our branding efforts.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

First, they worked on our branding. As a new company, we needed a complete brand identity design, so they helped us create our letterhead and business cards that will be used for marketing purposes.

Second, they helped us develop a small software that enabled us to do our job more efficiently from an internal management standpoint. The solution wasn’t developed from scratch because there was an infrastructure platform available already.

Third, they’re designing and developing our website from scratch. It’s a CMS website that uses LAMP as its platform. The site is still under development, and we've requested some changes to be made in terms of content. The purpose of the site is to show our product line to clients and entice them to call us and place their orders

Their team has also put together our social media accounts.

We have one main point of contact from their team.

How did you come to work with Pentad Media?

We found out about them through referrals from people who previously worked with them. So, we decided to join the bandwagon and give them a try.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent around £6,000–£7,000 (approximately $8,000–$9,000) on this project so far.

What is the status of the engagement?

We started our partnership in July 2020, and our engagement is still ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

In general, we are happy with the brand design. Our prospective and existing clients are also happy with our new business cards, and they’ve given us positive feedback. Overall, they’ve helped us put together a nice brand that we’re satisfied with.

How did Pentad Media perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve done well in terms of managing the project — in fact, they’ve already completed half of the tasks we’ve given them. The development of the website is taking longer than expected, but that isn’t completely their fault because we haven’t provided them our feedback on time.

As for communication, they’ve been very responsive, and they communicate clearly whenever we reach out to them. They’re also able to stick to the budget we’ve agreed on.

We use ClickUp to monitor tasks and manage the project overall. Communication is done through email, phone calls, and Zoom meetings. 

What did you find most impressive about Pentad Media?

We’ve been impressed with their excellent design skills.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They can educate or highlight certain things in advance before a client starts a project so that those tiny texts, which we usually don't read, can be covered in advance. They can also communicate more regularly to remove the communication gap.

Any advice for potential customers?

Make sure to clearly explain your goals for the project and share all the necessary information and requirements with them.
