I hired Outsource in Pakistan to do digital marketing, SEO, and other services for me.

What were your goals for this project?

My goal for this project was to gain leads and increase traffic to my business through SEO and paid campaigns.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The company did not deliver on what I expected. As such, I requested a refund and was given a refund. They have yet to process the refund and continue to give me excuses. Almost a month later, no refund at all. They had stated a refund would be given within 10-12 days but have yet to give a refund.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

No clue. They never had me interact with their team mates. I only interacted with their Account Manager.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Nothing.

Are there any areas for improvement?

All areas could use improvement. I was really hoping this company would deliver, however, they had severely let me down.
