Como rest is part of EL Marshed group that have multiple companies under the group. The group is mostly focused on hospitality and restaurant business. My position with the company is IT and media manager.

For what projects/services did your company hire Ouranos Technologies Pvt Ltd?

We hired Ouranos Technologies PVT. LTD for developing our online restaurant and food ordering application.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goal was to provide our customers with facility to order food online using their mobile on both android and IOS platforms. We wanted clean and seamless user interface so that users can easily use the application and also we can manage offers for our customers to promote our sales.

How did you select this vendor?

We searched for good companies providing mobile applications on LinkedIn and found a few good companies.

We conducted a screening process with a small task in the technology stack we wanted our application to be built. Also we conducted a small one to one interview with actual developers who were supposed to work on our application.

We were pleased with interview and the work references provided so we selected Ouranos team.

Describe the project in detail.

For Como restaurant we wanted to develop a mobile application for online food ordering where our customers can order the food, they can manage their addresses, track and check status of their orders. We also needed a back-end admin panel where we can update our products and categories with offer listings as well.

Ouranos Technologies provided us complete solution they have actively listened to our business idea, prepared mock-ups and explained the system flow. They came up with eye catching design and quick development.

What was the team composition?

The team contained one project manager which was good for us as we only had to deal with single person as primary point of contact. The team also contained 2 senior mobile developers, 1 back-end developer and a one QA to insure the quality of work.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since there are lot many companies available in the market it is very difficult to find outsourcing partner on which you can completely rely and get all in one solution. Luckily we have chosen Ouranos as our development partner and they have fulfilled every commitment they made to produce positive results.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Since there is not much difference between our timezone and theirs so it was very easy for us to communicate with them. Also they provided a project manager to us who was a single point of contact for us and very responsive so communication was never a hurdle.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Most impressive thing about Ouranos is they have most experienced and responsive developers. You get al the services including mobile application development, web development, designing all at the same place so do not have to manage multiple vendors.

Their commitment toward work and their ability to strictly follow deadlines makes them a good team to work with.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Well, I would say I am greatly satisfied with their tremendous work on our project and it looks a bit difficult to find flaws in their work.
