We hire Ostride Labs for challenging projects where we usually need cloud-native and full-stack expertise - such as managed scaling applications and platforms, security and general turn-key deliveries.

Ostride Labs was selected from a number of candidates using our standard interview and due diligence process.

The project was focused on video streaming processing in a cross-platform mobile app. Ostride Labs helped implement a successful proof of concept and moved on to the overall implementation up to the application release to stores.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

The project team consisted of a functional analyst, up to 5 full-stack engineers and a quality assurance engineer.

The project was a success. The Ostride Labs has professionally managed requirements changes and constantly evolving business needs. We have met all project deadlines and were able to ship an innovative and competitive product that exceeded all client's expectations.

The communication was transparent and clear. Ostride Labs are experts in organizing collaborative work between teams and has a well-defined process for it. This part was essential to the overall success of the project.

We were impressed with their readiness to take on changes and adapt to new information and our quick decision-making - while ensuring the delivery is going forward successfully.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Ostride’s team has a rigorous hiring process - all engineers that worked with us were extremely professional, but we would ideally expect a quicker allocation of newly requested resources.
