What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We faced an ambitions challenge to build our new website in a time period of 30 working days which was accomplished and we went live with all bugs fixed 5 days later, even though the scope of work was increased during the development process.

One of our aims was to more than double the loading times of the website, and OneRoofTechnologies was able to achieve a remarkable 400% increase in our load times. There was a large amount of features unavailable on the Shopify base theme we selected for the development and the fatures we needed were built in-house by ORT to great effect.

Secondly to become aggregator of Marine Products by resourcing from root level sellers and manufacturers and ensuring sales of products ensuring quality, appropriate pricing, eco-friendly packaging and timely delivery to the ships, shipyards and ports.

For this, company carefully developed a B2B portal WWW.SHIPSTORESPARES.COM, one of a kind dedicated Marine Portal which enables purchase of Ship Stores & Spares with market place experience for global needs. Portal presents wide range of marine products under one roof. ‘Ship Stores’ are largely consumables and ‘Ship Spares’ are generally Deck & Engine machinery, ship and port equipment as full or sub-components.
