For what projects/services did your company hire OneEach Technologies, and what were your goals?

OneEach runs our website, however this was a separate side project on our website that we needed for a separate Capital Campaign fundraising effort.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We have had our website with OneEach for a while now, and they have been amazing and attentive with any issues we have had.

Christina and her coworkers from OneEach took on our goal for a separate fundraising campaign and went above and beyond. We had a lot of unique requests on this project and they adapted and created our ideal page.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

There were a few, but directly, we worked with Christina. She was amazingly attentive. Out of this world!

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

Christina and her coworkers would respond typically in less than 24 hours and worked with us to make ever single aspect that we had envisioned, become possible. We met with her via virtual video, and mainly through email.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The customer service. BEYOND attentive and responsive to any and every idea we had. Even on certain things that weren't possible, they found a work-around. Our office is incredibly impressed with how amazing their whole team is.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

NONE. They were amazing.

For what projects/services did your company hire OneEach Technologies, and what were your goals?

OneEach helped us complete a website upgrade. This meant we also transitioned out grant appliation to online. Allyson was a life saver in that process. Our Partner Agencies and our volunteers LOVE have the application online. It saves all of us time and it saved us money.

We have worked with OneEach for years. They have a great reputation for working with United Way offices.

Using a template provided to build our online application was a great start. It was easy to use and flexible enough we didn't have to change our current application to make the online version work.

I worked with Allyson. She is the Vice President of Customer Relations

Everyone has loved having the grant application online.

Everything has been timely.

I was hugely impressed by how accessible and responsive their team was.

To do our website and to help with applications inside the website.

To get our annual pledge card online for individuals working from home during this pandemic.

We chose them because other colleagues of ours in New Mexico use One Each for their websites.

To create and publish an online pledge card for our United Way website for the community to use from wherever they may be.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project was a success and is getting used daily by individuals.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It was smooth and flawless.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The knowledge and expertise Jordan had for any and all of our questions.

There's always room for improvement but Jordan seems to be at the top of her game.

To have a new website, easy to view and update.

My Executive Director met with them at a conference where they were a vendor. They had several conversations and were recommended by other United Ways.

Create a new website. Make it easy for a non-tech person to update.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

New website was created, they were very responsive to tweaks needed. My point person, Allyson, is very responsive and patient with me and understands my non-tech language. She is always helpful when I can't figure out how to update/format something.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

They delivered work in a very timely fashion.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

That they made adjustments to have dedicated account management/customer service point of contact so that we can have a relationship & better understanding of how we each "speak" so that any issues needing resolved are done some in a timely manner.

Are there any areas for improvement?

They are continuously working on improving opportunities to communicate. They also have mini-trainings.
