I'm the director of marketing and communications for a nonprofit organization. We fight for the health, education, financial stability, basic needs, and youth for every person in our community.

What challenge were you trying to address with OneEach Technologies?

United Way Worldwide began a rebrand and website refresh initiative, which included a redesign of our homepage and several key pages. We partnered with OneEach Technologies to expand on this effort through a special project focused on building out all areas of our website. Our primary objectives were to strengthen our SEO, enhance UX, and ensure our community-facing information was accurate, comprehensive, and aligned with the refreshed United Way brand.

OneEach Technologies has handled the technical development, design implementation, and content structure for our website rebuild. Their scope of work has included building out all interior pages beyond the homepage, optimizing site navigation, and ensuring alignment with United Way Worldwide’s refreshed branding. 
The main deliverables have included the creation of SEO-friendly page templates, content migration and formatting, accessibility compliance, and overall site performance improvements. Additionally, they’ve provided backend support and staff training to ensure our team can manage and update the site effectively moving forward.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The measurable outcomes from our project with OneEach Technologies have included a significant improvement in website performance, accessibility, and search visibility. Following the rebuild, we’ve seen higher user engagement metrics such as increased page views, longer average session duration, and reduced bounce rates. 
Our SEO rankings have improved across key community-related search terms, helping us reach a broader audience and drive more visitors to our partner and campaign pages. Additionally, the streamlined CMS has allowed our internal team to update pages more efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate communication with the community.

Following our website redevelopment project with OneEach Technologies, we’ve observed measurable improvements in digital engagement. From May–October 2025, our Google Business Profile recorded 7,928 total views, with the majority of users discovering us through Google Search on mobile (68%)—a strong indicator of improved SEO visibility and mobile performance. 
During this same period, our website received 1,768 direct clicks from our Business Profile, showing an increase in user interest and conversion from search to site engagement. These metrics demonstrate stronger community reach, improved accessibility, and a more user-friendly digital presence aligned with the United Way Worldwide brand refresh.

The new CMS implemented by OneEach Technologies has resulted in notable internal efficiency improvements. Our team has experienced a reduction in time spent on content updates, as pages can now be edited and published directly within a streamlined interface rather than through complex manual coding or external support. 
Technical issues, such as broken links or formatting errors, have decreased significantly, allowing staff to focus more on program and campaign initiatives rather than website maintenance. Overall, the system has enabled faster turnaround on updates, more consistent content presentation, and greater operational autonomy for our communications team.

Overall, our experience with OneEach Technologies has been excellent, and the project has exceeded expectations. If there’s one area for potential improvement, it might be providing a slightly more detailed timeline at the outset to help our internal team coordinate feedback more efficiently. However, Chrissy has always been responsive and proactive in managing adjustments, ensuring the project stays on track and that our evolving needs are met seamlessly.

As a new admin for our small church, I was tasked with choosing a website design and creating a new website through OneEach.  Since I am not technologically savvy, I needed a LOT of help!  Multiple people were part of the decision about what website format to use (out of multiple designs we were given to choose from) but I was left to take that design and make a functional and attractive website out of it.  OneEach was invaluable in making that happen.  Without the face-to-face support I received, it never would have happened.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We started with a sad website with almost no information on it to a vibrant, interactive website that showed potential congregants who we are, what we believe, where we are and all the numerous events we have scheduled.  We went from little information to a ton of information, all organized under menus, visually attractive banners, posted calendars, etc.

OneEach walked me through the entire process.  As I stated earlier, we never would have such a professional-looking website if it wasn't for them.  They provided the basic format and then trained me how to add, change and delete information from the format.  If I had a question, I just emailed my account manager Christina Godfrey to set up an appointment with her.  I was always able to get an appointment in a short period of time (days, not weeks) for a 30-minute time slot.  She taught me everything I know and did so in an efficient, helpful and friendly manner.

OneEach has been there for any question I have ever had.  I don't know how big the company is, but it feels like personalized service with every interaction.  No matter how many appointments I scheduled with my account manager, I never felt like I was a burden or a problem.  Instead, I received friendly and helpful service and handled my issues quickly, too!

Are there any areas for improvement or something OneEach Technologies could have done differently?

I think you can give Christina Godfrey a raise!  Seriously, she is one AMAZING account manager.  She always gets back to me quickly (usually within a business day or faster) and she is wonderful at explaining what you need to learn in a way that is professional and doesn't make you feel ignorant for not knowing what she knows.
