We needed interim project management and UX capacity in one of our projects.

How did you select this vendor?

We've found them on LinkedIn, and turned out we had several common connections in person. They take their work seriously, seeing opportunities and challenges rather than problems. Their way of thinking is characterised by both humility and openness, alongside the use of the latest technologies that we found impressive.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

They have helped us with various projects many times in the past. This time we needed project management capacity (part) and senior UX knowledge in a project that we deliver to a company that used our software internally. They took the time to understand (and refine) business requirements, did the necessary research, and synthesised it with their UX know-how to produce a quality outcome.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Two. It was one UX Designer and one Project Manager.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

By understanding and improving the business processes, the work of the UX Specialist and the Project Manager has resulted in software that employees love using, based on the client's feedback.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

They were firm, empathetic, and the project was managed well. They met the deadlines every time and even delivered ahead of schedule.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Openness and humility, clear and unambiguous communication and out-of-the box thinking.  

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We were all in all totally satisfied with them, would love to make deals with them in the future.
