Naked developed and designed our platform. The discovery phase involved understanding our business and what we wanted to achieve with the online form. We gave Nakedd Development team ideas about what we wanted to develop. We wanted to map out and build a platform that companies could use to identify which facilities to target. We also wanted to build an internal pipeline management system and a resources section where I could add educational content.

Naked Development gave feedback on how feasible some of those features would be to develop and what platforms they could use to develop the software. We narrowed down the three key features we needed. Naked set up user interviews with people who might use the platform to gather feedback on what features would be beneficial and what users might be looking for. Based on the feedback, we narrowed down the scope of the project before they started building it.

Naked Development designed and developed the platform using Software, a low-code platform. They worked based on the initial discovery meetings and user interviews. They brought the datasets I had put together, including the Software data. They built all the features depending on what was possible within the Softr platform.

There was also a resources section where we could upload videos, documents, and educational tools. Additionally, there was a sales and distribution database where we populated potential sales and distribution partners that some of the platform users might want to consider bringing on to the team.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Naked Development did a really good job building all the features we intended to build. The platform touched on all the key points for potential users. The team implemented changes and adjustments promptly and tweaked everything necessary throughout the project. Naked Development work exceeded our expectations.

Naked Development was very well organized in how they handled the project. They were very detailed in the user interviews, project timelines, and details behind the project. It was always clear to me what stage we were at.

Naked Development mapped out the project thoroughly, broke the schedule into relevant stages, and adhered to that timeline. The team took on any feedback from the users or me and implemented those changes very quickly.

They were very efficient and made all the necessary tweaks as we worked through the project. The user interviews they performed were very thorough. They documented and analyzed the data and user interviews to build the design for the features. The finished product looked very professional and well-made.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Naked Development could have done differently?

There were a couple of small things that were limitations of the Softr platform. There were certain small things we couldn’t do, but that was a limitation of the software platform rather than Naked Development.

UX/UI Design They will design a clean, intuitive interface that reflects CodedChange’s brand and is optimized for field use. Deliverable: UX/UI design package and style guide. 3. I had an idea, our team found Naked, we met with their team several times, they wanted to work with us, we flew out there to have a in person meeting that deep dove into what our app needed to have, we worked to design the front end, wireframes, and all the other fancy tech stuff that I don't know about. This is why we choose naked because I don't need to learn all the tech side of things they just guide us through this process. Our app is a physical product marketplace where buyers and sellers go for quick and easy solutions to the problems they have been having such as hard to upload inventory, hard to track stats, hard to get sellers to buyers and we solve all of these problems.

We been meeting consistently. Communication has been outstanding throughout the whole process thus far. We are making progress quickly to a finished product.

We hired Naked to Develop a custom app to track streaming service content. They assured us they would be able to deliver what we invisioned. Instead they took our money and delivered a piece of garbage that didn't work 6 months after the projected timeframe. After months of being unhappy and them telling us it will get better we ended up firing them and finding a different developer who actually knew what he was doing. Not to mention they failed to tell us they were using no code development so when we asked for all of our files there was nothing for the new developer to use.

During the design phase Naked came up with several key additions to our exisiting ideas to really enhance the app for the end user. During the development phase Naked has help us design a visually beautiful app that is easy to use and developed an algorithm for suggesting content for the user. Naked has helped us develop our branding book and helped us design and develop a landing page for the app. Naked is currently helping us with our marketing plan.

Naked has provided us with an amazing project management team from the start to finish. It started with the CEO and he is the reason we chose Naked as our development team. The design team has been amazing and have met our timelines and when there have been small set backs they have been very honest and have communicated openly about how we could fix the problems and keep the project moving forward. The marketing team has also been amazing and has met all our timelines and are a big part of getting this project to market.

It’s an understatement to say this feedback is disappointing, as our intent is always to deliver quality work, transparent communication, and results aligned with the agreed scope. This project faced unique challenges that created frustration on both sides, and despite multiple phases of design and development being delivered - along with several accommodations made to address an extended timeframe - the outcome did not meet the client’s expectations.

When concerns were raised, our leadership engaged directly and pursued resolution options, including settlement discussions, because we believe in handling conflict fairly. While not every situation reaches mutual agreement, reviews like this reinforce why we continually refine our processes to keep projects on track and ensure clarity from start to finish.
