Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

MythicDev Technologies were brought on board as our development partner in early 2025. The initial scope of the job was to develop a new website with complimentary mobile applications to replace the current outdated platforms. We required improved functionality following UX principles.

The task was much larger than your standard build as we use three different third-party platforms to manage the various aspects of our business. Each of these platforms contained huge customer databases that would all need to be merged as well as synching the various logins.

MythicDev Technologies made this process seamless hitting every deadline along away as well as keeping us within budget despite a long list of blockers due to third party providers.

Once we went live with our new platforms MythicDev Technologies were there to support us and keep everything moving forward. Then we moved our focus to the next phase of our scoped project, gift cards.

This was also a difficult undertaking, we needed to merge with an epos system and a fulfilment partner as well as create a customer dashboard for our sites that did not have a compatible epos system. Again, all delivered on time and on budget.

App downloads are up 50% so far this year
We have experienced a large increase in customer retention and repeat orders.
Our online sales have increased between 2-10%, we operate in a very competitive market.
Reduced admin work due to the intuitive nature of the platform.
Gift cards are now open and available to an entire new market.

Delivery was mostly on time, any slight delays were always due to third party complications.
Their responses are always above and beyond, even outside of normal working hours.

We had an internal application that had been in use for many years and needed a complete UI refresh and improved workflow structure. The goal was to modernize the design, simplify navigation, and make the system more intuitive for users.
MythicDev Technologies reviewed the existing system, identified usability gaps, and redesigned the interface with a more modern layout. Key deliverables included updated UI screens, improved user flows, performance optimizations, and implementation support to ensure a smooth transition.

The updated interface improved usability and reduced user confusion. Tasks that previously required multiple steps became more streamlined. The project milestones were met as planned, and feedback from internal users was positive after deployment.
