We are an agency who outsources IT [information technology] projects on behalf of our clients. We are based in Houston, Texas.

What business challenge were you trying to address with Mojo Solution?

I needed to outsource some work for my clients. I needed an agency that was experienced in developing iOS and Android applications.

SOLUTION

Please describe the scope of their involvement in detail.

They do major iOS and Android applications for us. They've worked on AutoKept, a platform for business accounting. They designed and developed the native Android and iOS application along with web-based dashboard on Ruby on Rails. They also developed Graduate Monkey and deployed it to the Google Play Store.

How did you come to work with Mojo Solution?

We found them through Elance.

Could you provide a sense of the size of this initiative in financial terms?

Our projects are normally in the range of $3,000 to $10,000 each.

What is the status of this engagement?

We've worked with them for quite some time. The most recent projects have been completed.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

How did Mojo Solution perform from a project management standpoint?

In terms of communication, the good thing about it is that they assigned a dedicated project manager, and that worked well. They are good with their deliveries, but sometimes delays happened based on the workflow. For example, when the clients would send us changes, it would take more time.

We are satisfied with the work they've done. I give them high ratings in terms of the quality, on-time delivery, and especially for the cost. This is the reason we are still working with them.

What distinguishes Mojo Solution from other providers?

Mojo Solution is good at delivering good quality, and they're always flexible with the work when changes are requested by our clients. They do it without any question, so they are good in this.
