We needed to design a web and mobile version of a matching type platform.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

We shortlisted three vendors and selected Moblers based on their work to date.

Moblers spent time understanding what we wanted to achieve and then researched the market extensively for competitors and ideas. They mocked up designs which we discussed and these were refined into UI/ UX Figma designs. Where required, these were iterated further.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked with the Head of Product, a designed and a product manager. Moblers also ensure their CTO was on calls where decisions which would impact the build needed to be made.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The outcome of the project was an end to end web and mobile prototype, which was ready to be built. The project was a definite success. What Moblers put together was outstanding and they considered points which we had not even thought of.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Moblers were very easy to work with and even with the timezone difference, they were very responsive and would often send me ideas to consider throughout the project.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

It was Moblers commitment to get it right which stood out. They did not rush the process but instead were methodical in ensuring what we were designed had. All the required UI/ UX elements and was ready to be built upon completion.

Overall the project ran well and the outcomes exceed expectations.
