I’m the CEO of beu, a platform for the hair and beauty industry.

We needed to build out features requested by clients and potential clients.

What were your goals for this project?

We set out to build a tech solution to onboard clients quickly. There was also functionality in our mobile app that we wanted to translate to the web.

They’d previously worked with our team leader.

We provided the designs, and they built it out. They consulted us on some of the flows.

What was the team composition?

We’re working with a project manager, a frontend developer, a backend developer, and a quality control resource. Team size remained constant, but they’ve brought on web developers since we undertook more work with them.

I came to know of MobCoder from the team lead at another software development.

Once we had selected our developer, we had a series of meetings which either included phone conversations or Skype conversations. They handled both front- and backend development for the MVP.

We were assigned a lead project manager that we communicated with directly. He would relay all requests to his team.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We were blown away by MobCoder’s work. They did a fantastic job, and all our requests were met seamlessly. Communication was perfect the entire time.

The workflow between our two teams was flawless. They were able to grasp our ideas and make them happen.
