Misha Infotech team shared a proposal and scope of work. Once agreed we moved into signing the agreement and transfer of the agreed payment. We had around 4-5 sessions throughout the months of March and June.

The Project Manager, website designer , ANGULAR.JS and ASP.NET developer, and all.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Misha Infotech team documented everything every step of the way utilizing a project management platform. The final look is much more on-trend and simplified for visitors (and staff!) to more easily find what they are looking for.

Meeting were pre-scheduled ahead of time. Every session took around 3 hours. We used Skype and that worked well.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We are happy to see that their dedication to customer service was still top-notch.

There are always things any company can improve upon. There was nothing we would change.

We are very satisfied with their work what they’ve delivered. Once they make the changes I’ve requested, it’ll be even better. We will launch the app within 3 months.

The most impressive about Misha Infotech is their entire team who works so hard and provides you support whenever needed. Misha Infotech team was very honest and professional.

Started by conception and planning with the project manager making the first wireframes and designs and from there on starting with backend and frontend development. Everything is natively coded!

So far with the project we have been completely satisfied with the results from Misha Infotech and have always found them to go beyond the requirements to understand our needs on the project. They are always available at very short notice to discuss any areas of the project.

Their project management has been top-notch, continually updating us at every stage vis email, skype to communicate the different stages of development.

They have vibrant ideas and enthusiastic team to implement them. The team regularly suggests new innovations that help create a better client interface on the web.

The team involved an App developers, designers, Developers, QA, Project managers & account managers. Everyone was very supportive.

The app launched successfully, and we were able to rank among the top 10 in our targeted category. The mobile optimization is perfect. Overall the app is moving along fast to make a global presence soon.

Misha Infotech team worked closely with us to achieve our goals. They used to communicate with me on Skype. And communication was frequent and no question was left unanswered. I also really appreciated how flexible they were when our goalposts moved.

Misha Infotech was able to speak on so many levels, both technical and creative - I think this is what separates them from other providers. During our collaboration, I was continuously impressed by their ability.

I am a self-employed education consultant, managing and sole partner of Appealing Solutions, LLC..

I hire Misha Infotech to develop two hybrid web-mobile applications, HealthVisor, an application that would make it easy for users to improve their health and ProgressCahrter, an application that would change how educators work together so that every student would make efficient progress.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

A referral from a former customer. As these projects were almost entirely self funded from my retirement account, I could not afford to hire U.S. software firms.

We agreed upon contracts in which I would make payments to Misha Infotech from completing milestones to my written specifications. These were provided at the beginning of the projects and updated as the project proceeded based on weekly meetings and even more frequent email corresondence, as well as four meetings at the company's headquarters in Noida, India, and a fifth meeting with thec company owner and director in St. Kitts.

The contract included agreed upon specific project steps and deliverables.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Each application had a separate team with its own director. Each team included one more user interface designers, the director of that team, and an unknown number of programmers working under his supervision.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Sadly, after several years, and payments totally more than $50,000.00 USD, there were no deliverables! Our contract specified that the applications would be delivered to my U.S. servers, following payment for completion of each milestone. Misha Infotech would send me deliverables to inspect and upon my approval, would invoice me for completion.

Unfortunately, most of the deliverables were not completed to my specifications. My reports would detail where changes needed to made, but the directors would then plead with me to pay them anyway, with a promise to make the necessary changes. After a couple of years of these interactions and having spent over $50,000.00

I finally realized that I was not likely to ever receive usable applications and thus terminated our contracts. At that point, my access to the software on my server was removed and owner would not agree to restore it until I paid some a substantial additional amount of money. Thus I received no deliverables for either application after paying more than $50,000 USD.

While I am still convinced that the owner was an extremely competent programmer, he was too busy with other projects to provide close supervision and help with my two projects. I believe this, because on a few occasions when I could get his attention, I would see progress on each project.

I'm not sure if his directors were not allowed to make decisions without his supervision, or lacked the expertise necessary to do so. Months would go back without completing milestones, and then when they were sent to me for inspection it was clear that they has not been completed to my written specifications.

Although the owner's English language skills were excellent, the project directors and their programmers' English skills were limited, which may be one reason why they were unable to complete the milestones to my specifications.

My attempts to overcome communcation difficulties include very frequent and extensive phone and face to face meetings, and whenever deliverables were not to specification, additional discussions and revisions of the specifications. But that did not solve the problem.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I am an expert in organizational performance engineering, which is a pragmatic, data-based approach to changing how people in an organization work together and with their customers in order to produce deliverables to the customer's specifications. Misha Infotech is a unique example of an organization that was truly unable to deliver software within customer's specifications.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

This organization is an excellent example that the skills necessary to do a job, such as software engineering are not the same skills needed to get the employees of the organization to work together to efficiently meet a customer's specifications.
