Mindrops builds custom business software, mobile apps, eCommerce and AI for growing companies moving a core part of their operations onto software, often for the first time. We work mainly with founders and operations heads in food and restaurants, retail, logistics, manufacturing, distribution, healthcare and finance, and have delivered for Barbeque Nation, The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, Unilever, UNDP India and India Post.
What we build
Multi-app platforms: customer, partner, rider and admin apps that run as one system, like Vezito's five-platform food delivery ecosystem and JAVI's pet services marketplace.
Operations software: material tracking that replaced paper site registers at Footprint Warehousing, vendor ordering apps, fleet tracking and partner portals with ERP integration.
eCommerce and catalogue sites: Shopify and custom stores, and structured product catalogues for manufacturers and distributors.
AI in live operations: computer vision that logs every tipper trip at a working mine gate, Caelum AI, our document-extraction platform for a UK accountancy practice, at 99% accuracy, and automated loan approvals with CIBIL checks.
Why clients pick us
We build around how you operate. We start with your workflow, on site where it matters, and deliver in phases.
We build for real load. Sardar Meat Shop runs orders for 70 outlets across Delhi NCR on our platform, rush hours included.
Your team runs it. Every platform ships with an admin panel, so staff manage products, content and orders without a developer.
You own everything: full handover of source code, documentation and infrastructure, with optional support.
Mindrops offers competitive pricing and strong value, with clients noting that costs fit their budgets. Clients appreciate timely delivery and responsive communication, although some suggest improvements in proactive updates and documentation. Overall, they perceive Mindrops as a cost-effective partner for their projects.
Clients commend Mindrops for their organized project management, timely delivery, and clear communication. They are responsive to feedback and make necessary adjustments quickly, maintaining transparency and a collaborative approach throughout the project lifecycle.

Successful Integration of Advanced Features

Areas for Improvement in Response Times
While generally responsive, some clients note that Mindrops could improve by providing faster responses during certain project phases, particularly post-launch support. Enhancing this aspect could further elevate client satisfaction.
Effective Communication and Client Understanding

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.
The project involved building a fully functional Shopify store from the ground up. Mindrops worked on the homepage layout, product collection structuring, and category organization across our entire range of smart home products. They customized the theme to align with Nexdwell's brand, set up the payment gateway, and configured shipping and delivery settings. The newsletter subscription module was integrated, and the store was optimized for mobile responsiveness. Testing and quality assurance were carried out before the final deployment of the live store.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The Nexdwell store went live within the committed project window. The product catalog is now properly structured across all major categories, and the store functions correctly across desktop and mobile. Payment and shipping configurations are in place and operational. Customers can now discover, browse, and purchase from the full product range online, which was not possible before this project. The overall presentation of the brand improved significantly compared to where we started.
Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?
Communication was primarily handled over WhatsApp and email, which worked reasonably well for our team. Mindrops shared progress updates at key stages — after the homepage design, after product setup, and before final deployment. Revisions were accepted and incorporated without friction, though there were a couple of rounds on the product page layout before it matched what we had in mind. Response times were generally prompt. The overall coordination was organized enough that we didn't feel out of the loop at any critical point during the project.
What was your primary form of communication with Mindrops?
Virtual Meeting
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Their understanding of how to structure a product-heavy store stood out. Smart home automation as a category has a lot of overlap between product types, and organizing it in a way that's logical for a customer, not just logical for us internally, requires some thought. Mindrops approached the catalog structuring with that customer perspective in mind, which made a visible difference in how the final store navigates.
Are there any areas for improvement or something Mindrops could have done differently?
The homepage design process involved a few more iterations than initially expected, as we worked together to refine the visual direction and ensure it accurately reflected the brand's tone and identity. Throughout the process, the team was highly receptive to feedback, responsive to revision requests, and committed to achieving the desired outcome. The final result aligned well with our expectations. For future projects, a more structured discovery phase or visual reference exercise at the outset could help streamline alignment and accelerate the design process even further.

Describe what your company does in a single sentence.
Lakhi Ram Omparkash is a fabric trading company based in Ram Bazar Cloth Market, Fatehpuri, Delhi. We supply a wide range of fabrics — cotton, silk, polyester, wool, and blended materials — primarily to retailers, garment manufacturers, and designers. Our business runs on bulk orders and long-term vendor relationships, so reliability and consistency are central to how we operate.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.
The project involved building two separate systems. The first was a vendor-facing mobile app where our buyers can browse fabric categories, view product details like GSM, width, and color options, check stock availability, and place orders directly. The second was a web admin panel for our team to manage product listings, mark items as out of stock, track orders, monitor payments, and handle shipment updates. Both systems were connected, so any change on the admin side reflects immediately on the vendor app. Testing was done before handover and the team walked us through the panel before we started using it.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The vendor app launched successfully and is now being used by our buyers to browse and place fabric orders. Our internal team can track all orders, payments, and shipments through the admin panel without needing to chase updates manually. Stock management became more straightforward — marking products as out of stock is now done from the panel and reflects instantly on the vendor side. Overall, the operational back-and-forth with vendors has reduced considerably since the platform went live.
Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?
Communication was generally smooth. Most updates and feedback were exchanged over messages and calls, and the team was reasonably quick to respond when we had questions. Revisions were handled without much friction once we explained what needed to change. One thing I noticed early on was that progress updates were not always proactive — we sometimes had to ask for status checks ourselves. That improved once we settled into a more regular review rhythm. Overall, coordination was manageable and the team stayed involved through to deployment.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Their understanding of how our business actually works stands out. They did not treat this like a generic e-commerce project. The way they structured the vendor app — with fabric-specific filters, stock visibility, and category management — showed that they had paid attention to what a fabric trading business actually needs, not just what a typical marketplace looks like.
Are there any areas for improvement or something Mindrops could have done differently?
The onboarding flow for vendors went through more design iterations than we originally expected, and it did push that part of the timeline a little. The early concepts did not quite reflect how our vendors think about browsing fabric, so a few rounds of revisions were needed before it felt right. To be fair, the team incorporated our feedback each time without pushback and the final version works well. Starting with a more detailed discovery session about vendor behavior might have reduced those extra rounds.

BACKGROUND
Please describe your company and position.
I am the Owner of Ehsaas Jewellery
Describe what your company does in a single sentence.
Ehsaas Jewellery is a premium jewellery brand offering a curated range of fine and fashion jewellery for women. The collections span everyday wear to occasion pieces, with a focus on elegant design and quality craftsmanship. The brand serves customers across India and has been building its retail and online presence steadily over the past few years.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What specific goals or objectives did you hire Mindrops to accomplish?
Ehsaas Jewellery had no functional eCommerce website before this project. The brand was operating primarily through offline retail and social media, which was limiting reach and making it harder for customers to browse or purchase independently.
Beyond just going online, we wanted customers to actually enjoy browsing the store. That meant clean product pages, well-organized collections, and a shopping flow that did not feel clunky on a phone. The goal was to reduce friction between discovery and purchase, and give returning customers a reason to come back to the site directly.

The store launched successfully within the agreed timeline and is fully operational.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Product browsing and the checkout flow work smoothly across devices, which was a primary concern given how many customers shop on mobile. The brand now has a professional digital presence that matches the quality of the jewellery being sold. Customer inquiries have started coming in through the website and WhatsApp integration, which was not possible before. Overall, the store meets the functional and visual standards we set at the start of the project.
Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?
Communication was handled primarily through WhatsApp and scheduled review calls, which worked reasonably well for our team. Feedback was generally incorporated within a few days of being shared. In the early stages, update frequency was a bit lower than we would have preferred, and we had to follow up a couple of times to get status clarity. That improved once we established a more regular check-in rhythm mid-project. Overall the coordination was practical and responsive once the process was better defined.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Their attention to the brand's visual identity stood out. Jewellery is a category where the presentation of products online can make or break a sale, and the team understood that without much explanation. The way they approached banner design, typography choices, and the overall color palette showed they were thinking about the end customer's experience, not just building pages to a checklist.
Are there any areas for improvement or something Mindrops could have done differently?
The initial design concepts for the homepage banner section required more revision rounds than expected. A few of the early directions did not fully capture the premium feel we were going for, and it took three iterations before we arrived at something that felt right for the brand. It would have helped to have a more structured visual brief or mood board exercise at the start to align expectations earlier. That said, the team was receptive to feedback throughout and the final result reflects what we had in mind.

BACKGROUND

G V Electricals is an electrical solutions company serving residential, commercial, and industrial clients. We handle everything from general electrical installations to more specialized industrial requirements. The focus has always been on reliable service and quality workmanship, and over the years the business has grown to a point where having a proper digital presence became a practical necessity rather than just a nice-to-have.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What specific goals or objectives did you hire Mindrops to accomplish?
The main objective was to get GV Electricals a functional, professional website that we could use as a credible face for the business online. We specifically needed something that clearly communicated our service range across residential, commercial, and industrial segments without making the site feel cluttered or hard to navigate. Responsiveness was a firm requirement from the start since we knew a lot of our potential clients would be landing on the site through mobile. Beyond the visual side, we also wanted the site structured in a way that made it easy for visitors to find contact details and submit enquiries without unnecessary steps. Essentially, the brief was to build something that looked established and made it simple for a prospective client to understand what we do and how to reach us.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.
The project covered everything from the initial planning and wireframing through to live deployment. Mindrops built out the core pages including the Services section, About Us, and the Contact and Enquiry pages. The Services section was structured to separately address residential, commercial, and industrial offerings, which was important for us since those are fairly distinct customer segments. The responsive layout was a specific requirement on our end, and they delivered that properly across desktop, tablet, and mobile. SEO-friendly page structure and optimized load times were also part of what was delivered, not just the visual design.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The website went live by late March 2026 and has been functioning without issues since. The most immediate difference was having a professional online presence that we could actually share with prospective clients. Before this, we had nothing to point people to. Enquiry touchpoints on the site have made it easier for potential clients to reach out directly. Mobile performance specifically has been solid, which matters because a good portion of our client interactions happen through phones. We haven't tracked formal traffic numbers yet, but the overall professional impression the site creates has already made a difference in client conversations.
Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?
The project ran from the 10th of February to the 24th of March 2026 and was completed within that window. Communication was generally responsive.

When we had revision requests, they were addressed without much friction. The team was reachable and didn't leave us waiting on updates for too long.
Are there any areas for improvement or something Mindrops could have done differently?
One thing worth mentioning is that the revision process could have been a bit more structured. There were a couple of instances where we were unclear on which version of a design was the final one being worked on. Nothing that derailed the project, but a clearer handoff process for revisions would help. The one area where things could improve is around proactive updates during the project. Most of the time we were the ones checking in to ask where things stood, rather than receiving regular progress notes from their side. It wasn't a major issue and the work itself didn't suffer for it, but a more consistent update rhythm would have made the process feel more managed. Even a brief weekly status note would go a long way for clients who aren't deeply familiar with web development timelines.

BACKGROUND
Please describe your company and position.
I am the Director of Bhartiya Aviation Services
Describe what your company does in a single sentence.
Bhartiya Aviation Services works in aviation recruitment and staffing, we help connect qualified candidates with opportunities across the aviation sector in India. The work involves managing recruitment drives, coordinating with airlines and ground handling companies, and handling large volumes of applicants at different stages. It's a fast-moving space, and our digital presence needed to reflect that level of professionalism.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What specific goals or objectives did you hire Mindrops to accomplish?
When we brought Mindrops on board, the immediate need was stability. The website had some existing issues — forms weren't behaving consistently, mobile experience needed work, and we were heading into a period of active recruitment drives where the platform simply couldn't afford to go down or malfunction.
Beyond fixing what was broken, the broader objective was to have a reliable technical partner under an AMC structure — someone who could handle ongoing maintenance without us needing to chase a new vendor every time something came up. In aviation recruitment, timelines move fast. When a recruitment drive goes live, the site needs to perform. That's not something you can plan around a slow turnaround.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.
The engagement started in late November 2025 and has continued as an ongoing maintenance contract since then. The work covered the entire platform , from improving how the recruitment pages were laid out to fixing bugs that were affecting form submissions. Mindrops worked on the candidate application workflow specifically, which involved document upload handling and notification flows. They also handled UI consistency across device types, performance optimization during high-traffic periods, and content updates as our recruitment campaigns changed. The site needed to hold up when we ran active drives and push a lot of applicants through — that was a core requirement throughout.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The platform is stable and has held up during active recruitment campaigns without downtime issues, which was the primary goal. Mobile usability improved noticeably, candidate drop-off during the application process reduced after the form and navigation fixes.
The website now presents a cleaner, more professional image that aligns with how we position ourselves to airline partners. Lead inquiry flow through the contact and application sections is more organized. We haven't tracked formal conversion metrics yet, but operationally, the platform is functioning better than it was before the engagement.
Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?
The AMC started 30th November 2025 and has been running continuously since. For an ongoing contract, the response to bug reports and change requests has generally been timely, most issues were addressed within a reasonable window. Communication happened primarily over email and WhatsApp, which worked fine for day-to-day coordination. One thing I'll note is that during periods when we had multiple requests in parallel, it would've helped to have a clearer status tracker or shared log of what was pending versus in progress.
What was your primary form of communication with Mindrops?
Virtual Meeting
Email or Messaging App
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
What stands out is how they handle the project's application workflow. Aviation recruitment has specific requirements, document uploads, multi-step candidate submissions, and the need for everything to work smoothly on mobile since most applicants aren't on desktop. They understood that without needing a lot of back-and-forth explanation, and the implementation reflected that understanding. It wasn't treated as a generic contact form problem.
Are there any areas for improvement or something Mindrops could have done differently?
One area that initially needed improvement was proactive communication during the AMC engagement. In the beginning, there was limited visibility into the ongoing monitoring and maintenance activities happening in the background. However, over time this improved, and the coordination became smoother and more transparent. Going forward, sharing a short periodic update, even a simple monthly summary of completed checks, fixes, or upcoming focus areas, would make the experience even better. That kind of communication adds reassurance and helps build greater confidence in the long term collaboration.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.
Mindrops built the complete website for Vatsa Electric from the ground up. The scope covered everything from initial planning and UI/UX design to frontend development, backend setup, and final deployment. The main deliverables included a fully responsive, mobile-friendly website with dedicated sections for each of our core services including solar plant operations, maintenance, contract labor, and project management. They also built out supporting pages like About Us, Projects, Clients, and HR Compliance to give visitors a fuller picture of what the company does. On the technical side, they handled on-page SEO, SSL integration, and performance optimization to make sure the site loads well and is discoverable. The contact and inquiry functionality was also set up to support lead generation. Overall the final output was a clean, professional website that accurately represents the business and works well across all devices.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The website launched within the planned timeline and has been functional without any major issues since going live. We noticed an improvement in how potential clients perceive the business, as the site now gives a more professional first impression compared to what we had before. Inquiries through the contact form picked up gradually after launch, which suggests the lead generation setup is working as intended. The site also performs well on mobile, which covers a good portion of our audience. Overall it has made the company easier to find and easier to approach online.
Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?
The project management was straightforward. Tasks were communicated clearly and we always had a sense of where things stood without having to ask too often. The team stayed within the agreed timeline, and when we had feedback or change requests during the design phase, they were addressed without much delay. Response time was reasonable throughout. If something needed attention, it did not sit for days without a reply. That consistency made the working relationship easier, especially since our team was juggling other priorities alongside this project. They were also open to inputs without being dismissive or pushing back unnecessarily. It felt like a collaborative process rather than a one-sided handoff, which is not always the case with development projects.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
What stood out was their ability to understand the nature of our business without needing excessive explanation. The renewable energy and industrial services space has its own language and audience, and the way they structured the content and service sections reflected that understanding. It did not feel like a generic website built from a template. The attention to detail in the design was worth noting. Things like layout consistency, how the service pages were organized, and the overall tone of the site felt considered rather than rushed.
Are there any areas for improvement or something Mindrops could have done differently?
The initial design concepts could have come with a bit more variety to choose from. We were presented with a direction fairly early on, and while the final output was good, having a couple of alternative approaches to compare would have made the decision process easier on our end. More options upfront would give the client a clearer sense of the range before committing to one direction.

BACKGROUND
Please describe your company and position.
I am the Director of EonMed
Describe what your company does in a single sentence.
EonMed is a digital healthcare platform designed to bridge the gap between patients and qualified doctors, particularly in rural and semi-urban regions of India.
The platform enables online doctor consultations, video based appointments, digital prescriptions, and patient health record management through mobile devices and CSC centers. Our goal is to make healthcare more accessible and affordable for people who otherwise have limited access to quality medical services.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What specific goals or objectives did you hire Mindrops to accomplish?
We hired Mindrops to build EonMed from the ground up, covering a custom website, mobile app, and admin dashboard. The goal was to create a platform that handled online doctor consultations, digital prescriptions, and patient management in one place, simple enough for non-technical users in rural India.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.
Mindrops handled the end to end development of the EonMed platform. The scope covered a responsive custom website, a mobile app for patient and doctor connectivity, and a React based admin dashboard for managing consultations, users, and reports.
Key deliverables included a patient registration system with digital health cards, secure role based login for patients, doctors, and admins, online and video consultation features powered by Jitsi integration, a digital prescription system, and a recurring consultation setup for ongoing patient care. The admin panel gave our operations team full visibility over the platform with tracking and analytics built in.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The biggest win for us was having a fully working platform by the end of the project with no major features left incomplete. Patient registration, video consultations, digital prescriptions, and the admin dashboard all came together the way we had planned.
The mobile app worked smoothly for users who are not particularly tech savvy, which was the whole point. Having everything connected in one system meant patients in remote areas could consult doctors without traveling, which is really the core problem EonMed set out to solve.
Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?
The project management was decent overall. Things moved well once the development picked up pace and the team was responsive when we raised concerns or needed changes. There were a few slower stretches in the early phases where communication could have been more proactive, but nothing that derailed the project.
When we flagged issues they were addressed without much back and forth. The final deliverables came through within the agreed timeframe and the team stayed engaged till the end, which mattered to us.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Honestly, what stood out was how quickly they grasped the vision behind EonMed without needing it explained repeatedly. Building a healthcare platform for rural users comes with its own set of challenges and the team understood that the UI/UX design had to be simple and practical, not just visually polished.
They've balanced technical complexity with usability in a way that feels natural rather than forced. For a web development company handling a project of this scale, that kind of understanding is not always a given.
Are there any areas for improvement or something Mindrops could have done differently?
A more structured update schedule in the early phases would have helped. There were a couple of stretches where we had to follow up to get a sense of where things stood, and a regular check in rhythm from the start would have made the process feel smoother. Nothing that affected the final output, but it is something worth improving for future projects.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
They approached the project from an operational angle, meaning they understood how our finance team actually works before deciding how to build the system
The AI integration they delivered works reliably in a real business environment with different invoice formats and layouts which is not always easy to get right
Managing the full project from planning to deployment to user training under one team meant we did not have to coordinate with multiple vendors
They did not oversell the solution during discussions and what they promised at the start is what got delivered at the end
The system they built is straightforward enough that our non technical finance team picked it up without much hand holding after training
Are there any areas for improvement or something Mindrops could have done differently?
Handover documentation could have been a bit more detailed so our internal team could refer to it independently after go live without having to reach out for small queries

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.
Mindrops was brought on to build InstoFin from the ground up, a fintech platform focused on digital lending and consumer product financing. The project was divided into three core parts.
The first was the customer app built for both Android and iOS. It covers digital onboarding, KYC and video KYC verification, loan application, EMI tracking, payment reminders, and account management with real time notifications.
The second was the vendor app, also on Android and iOS, built for sales partners at the point of sale. It handles quick customer onboarding, real time loan processing and approvals, and sales and transaction tracking.
The third was the admin web panel which acts as the central system for business operations. It includes loan approval workflows, a credit risk assessment engine, real time dashboards, MIS reports, and full control over users and transactions.
On the integration side the build includes digital KYC and video KYC, CIBIL based credit checks, automated loan approval logic, fraud detection, credit scoring, and payment integrations covering UPI and NACH mandates for EMI and autopay.
The overall goal was to deliver a production ready platform that handles everything from customer onboarding to loan disbursement and repayment management with minimal manual intervention.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Automated loan approval flow reduced manual work for the operations team significantl Customer onboarding time reduced with digital KYC and video KYC setup eliminating paperwork Admin panel with real time dashboards gave the team full visibility into loan status and transactions from day one Vendor app enabled sales partners to process and approve loans at the point of sale without any delays Payment integrations for UPI and NACH mandates made EMI collection and autopay setup smooth for end users Project has been delivered in structured phases and has stayed on schedule since March 2026 Fraud detection and credit scoring mechanisms put in place to reduce risk from the early stages of the build
Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?
Project was structured into clear phases from the start which made it easy to track progress at each stage Delivery has stayed on schedule since the project kicked off in March 2026 with no major delays so far Team was responsive when we raised concerns mid sprint and course corrected without making it a lengthy process Communication was consistent throughout with regular updates shared at key milestones They did not need repeated explanations on the fintech and lending requirements which saved a lot of back and forth on calls When feedback was given during active development it was taken on board quickly without resistance Post delivery support has been available and the team has stayed reachable for any questions or changes needed

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
They understood the fintech and lending side of the project from the very first call without needing it explained multiple times Managing three parallel workstreams, the customer app, vendor app, and admin panel, without things getting misaligned was something that stood out The automated loan approval workflow they designed showed that they understood the operational side of a lending business, not just the technical side Their familiarity with fintech integrations like KYC, CIBIL, UPI, and NACH meant we did not have to hand hold them through the compliance and payment side of things They approached the project as a product build rather than just a development job, which made a real difference in how the final output turned out
Are there any areas for improvement or something Mindrops could have done differently?
If anything we would just suggest keeping the weekly update structure a bit more formal going forward but that is a minor thing Overall the way they have managed a project of this complexity has been better than what we have experienced with other vendors before

Our Story
Mindrops started in New Delhi as a small web and app studio and grew by taking on projects where software had to fit a real operation: a warehouse floor, a 70-outlet meat chain, a five-app delivery network, a mine gate. We spend the early weeks on your workflow before designing anything. Senior engineers own each build from our Delhi HQ and Ghaziabad delivery centre, with offices in Brussels and London, and every release is code-reviewed and security-tested.
What Sets Us Apart
Senior engineers own every build
You work directly with senior engineers who architect and own the build end to end, across web, mobile, AI, cloud and data. It is why India Post, Barbeque Nation and The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf trust us with systems their operations run on.
Secure by design
Security and quality are built in from the first commit: threat modelling, code review and VAPT on a secure SDLC, with automated testing and CI/CD on every release.
Your code, fully handed over
You own the source code, documentation and infrastructure, with a full handover. Optional support and maintenance run under an agreed scope, and every enquiry gets a reply within one business day.
