Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We hired them to develop a connected online shopping platform. What I mean by connected is when our customers can access the platform from anywhere and any time, so they gave us ideas of what and how it can be done. That is how we settled on the development of a website, Android, and IOS application to work together to create a platform. 

They have given us a working website, and online shopping has kicked off. They have also provided us with a working prototype of the Android App at this stage, and we are hoping to get a finished app by December, and the IOS by September 2024.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They gave us a milestone sheet of the project, which indicated what they were going to do and when it was going to be done. It had 3 steps:

1. prototype delivery- period of time
2. test product- period of time
3. final product-period of time

Our role was to check in on our agreed time points when necessary, and we were never disappointed at any time.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

I was always given attention when I asked or inquired about anything. I remember spending a lot of time with the head of development explaining to me how things work and the software part of the project things I did not understand, but he helped me understand everything with time over chats and video meetings. I had and am still having a great experience working with them.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their culture. I liked the way they handled their product idea pitching or forming. We all sat in a room and started talking about what the project would be like. 

They asked for everything I was looking for in a platform, and they started developing ideas off it in a room. People keep talking and adding ideas to my vision, and I'm there with them. I love this process. They would explain the meaning of something when it got technical, but I felt included, and from day one, I felt part of the project development process.

Are there any areas for improvement or something MIAH Softtonics Technologies Ltd could have done differently?

No, I feel we made the right choice by choosing them.
