I am a senior branding consultant at Tutto Uomo Georgia. Tutto Uomo is a fashion retailer of luxury Italian clothing.

We chose Merker because of their professionalism and their affordable pricing.

We first started with visual brand identity. Merker made sure that the visual side of our company was strongly aligned with our brand strategy. Next Merker designed a seamless e-commerce website. They provided prototypes very frequently which allowed our company to have a strong control over the design process. Finally, the technicians at Merker developed the website which now functions at remarkable quality.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked with a project manager, a branding expert, a graphics designer, two UI/UX designers, and two web developers.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The new eCommerce website allowed us to scale in sales remarkably. We have been able to reach out to our existing customers in a more effective manner and also expand the customer base dramatically.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The process was very transparent and collaborative. There was no language or cultural barrier, which made the workflow very smooth and efficient.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I must say it is the genuine passion of the Merker team that impressed us the most. They were truly determined to bring the best results for us. They cared a lot.

None that I can think of.
