Meduuzen handled an extensive range of development, automation, and infrastructure optimization tasks to streamline our operations and improve the user experience. Key deliverables included:

Business Automation & Custom Workflows: Built and implemented custom technical automations to streamline internal processes, eliminating manual tasks and significantly accelerating customer service delivery.

UX/UI & Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Redesigned and optimized website navigation and key user journeys to improve the overall customer experience and boost conversions. 

Server Migration: Successfully migrated our entire web infrastructure from Heroku to Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for enhanced performance, better scalability, and lower latency.

Cybersecurity & Hardening: Implemented robust security protocols and defenses to secure our web applications, databases, and servers from potential cyber threats and vulnerabilities.

This level of direct communication, combined with their creative problem-solving mindset, saved us significant time and resulted in a far superior, highly tailored end product.

Honestly, I don't see any areas for improvement; the team exceeded my expectations across every phase of the project. Their execution, technical expertise, and proactive communication left no room for complaints. I’m the CEO of Centigen Soft, an IT consulting and software development company. We specialize in digital transformation, business process automation, RPA, and AI for clients across various industries.
