• At DEKSIA, we're always seeking ways to streamline our internal marketing systems while offering our clients seamless access to our tools and services. As our client base grew and our operational complexity increased, we saw a clear need for a robust mobile app that could centralize campaign management, client communications, and performance insights. We needed something more than a generic app—we wanted a customized digital tool tailored to the needs of growth-minded businesses, in alignment with our systematic marketing philosophy. Our specific objective was to build a mobile app that would allow our clients to monitor marketing campaigns, access curated reports, and even engage directly with our strategists. Internally, we also wanted a dashboard for our team to manage tasks, client communication, and performance metrics efficiently. Meduzzen came onboard and immediately immersed themselves in understanding our business model and user personas. They didn’t just ask the usual technical questions—they were genuinely curious about our workflows, our pain points, and the kind of experience we wanted to deliver to our users.

The scope of work was quite extensive. The project involved developing a dual-interface mobile app: one for DEKSIA clients and another for internal staff use. They built a custom dashboard for campaign tracking, lead performance metrics, and real-time reporting. Additionally, the app included an integrated messaging and notification system so clients could receive updates, schedule meetings, and directly communicate with our strategists. Another key feature was secure document sharing, allowing clients to access and review campaign assets within the app itself.

A lot of attention was given to the UI/UX design as well. The entire interface was crafted to reflect DEKSIA’s brand—clean, intuitive, and user-friendly. Meduzzen handled both iOS and Android development using a cross-platform framework, making the app scalable and cost-effective. They also provided post-launch support, bug fixing, and performance monitoring to ensure smooth operation.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The final product surpassed our expectations. Not only did it function flawlessly, but it also captured the essence of what DEKSIA stands for clarity, simplicity, and results. One standout moment was during a client onboarding session: we used the app to present their campaign roadmap, and they were genuinely impressed by the professionalism and transparency the platform offered. That kind of instant positive feedback validated the months of planning and development.

We noticed a clear improvement in client engagement. Our internal team also reported that communication with clients became smoother since everything was centralized. Instead of juggling email threads, document links, and CRM notes, we now had everything in one intuitive app.

Project management was solid throughout. Meduzzen assigned a dedicated project lead who kept us updated through weekly stand-ups and a shared Asana board. They were incredibly responsive, often addressing our queries within hours. If we had to highlight any area for improvement, it would be around early-stage documentation. There were a few instances at the beginning where clarifying certain scope and feature expectations required more discussion than anticipated. But once those were ironed out, the rest of the project ran smoothly.
