We were facing many IT related issues such as printing failures, network disconnection, and other. We found MedicalIT.Services while searching on google. After read reviews and visited their website we contacted them and explain the issues.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

After I visited their website, I filled the contact form. Within few minutes I got the call from their sales department and asked some details. I provided initial information about my system and operating software. The sales guy sent me a link and we connected remotely. He helped to solve my printer issues, so I decided to hire them as my full time IT consultant.

First our printer was not working properly and they solved that issue remotely. 2nd main problem was network failures and connectivity. Their engineer came at our clinic and removed old cables and installed high-quality CAT 6 and crimped. After they refresh the software and serviced our hardware equipment like monitors, switches and computer systems.

Alex is the main guy who provided all technical support and another person was his assistant who was helping him in removing and installing network cables.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The outcomes are not in quantifiable but the quality of work was really impressive and the result is our printer fleet is working fine as well as our entire IT system is 24/7 running.

We hired this vendor to advise us on the best Medical IT solution for my medical clinic and implement it for us. The goal was to have a scalable work order system that could grow with our company.

We searched online for IT consultants in our area and shortlisted 5. After interviewing them, we chose this vendor based on their professional service.

They researched several work order systems before presenting us with their options. I liked that they listed the pros and cons of each solution, which made it easy to choose one.

Then, they implemented the new system, migrated our legacy data, and standardized our IT business workflows. One of the key features they configured was the ability to automatically assign orders to repairmen and monitor the order status.

Their CTO was our main point of contact, but there were about 3 other IT specialists working in the background.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Integrating our business processes into a scalable work order management system has helped increase our business's efficiency by 60%. We no longer lose track of work orders, and our invoicing is automated.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Everything was completed on time. We mostly communicated over phone and video chat, but they did visit our offices to implement the new solution. Whenever we had a question, they would email us back within an hour.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I appreciated that they took the time to understand our industry. This allowed them to recommend tailored Medical IT solutions that best fit our situation.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We wish they could have helped teach our internal team how to use the new solution, but that was outside of their scope of work.
