Me²

Me² runs the back office of established Australian businesses: everything behind the front line, from admin and operations to customer service, finance, marketing, social media and paid ads. The work is done by trained people backed by AI agents built for each business, so the owner, the sales team and the front line can do what they're best at. We also design and build websites.

A person you know. Every client gets one Me² person assigned to their business and dedicated to them. They learn how the business likes things done, they're the one the owner messages when something comes up, and they report back like part of the team.

Specialists in each field. Behind that person, each kind of work is done by our specialist in it: our admin, finance, customer service and marketing executives.

People first, backed by AI. AI agents set up around each business do the drafting and the volume. A Me² specialist checks every name, date and number against the source before anything reaches a customer, a supplier or the owner. We don't sell AI on its own.

Every process written down. Every repeat task becomes a written process that belongs to the client, so nothing stops if someone is away.

Straightforward terms. The whole back office is one monthly fee, billed in advance. An extra set of hands is quoted per job, and websites per project. Back-office work runs month to month, and either side can stop with 30 days' notice. Clients keep their data, their logins and their written processes.

When we get it wrong, we own it. We fix mistakes at no charge, tell the client what happened and update the process so it doesn't happen again.

Where we are. Our team works from our Command Centre in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, serving businesses across Australia. We usually reply within 2 hours, evenings and weekends included, and can start within 2 weeks of a client saying yes.
