Mavyn Global Solutions effectively handled our back-office operations, ensuring that all administrative workflows, documentation, and internal coordination were streamlined and consistently maintained.

A significant portion of their engagement involved end-to-end RFP management. This included identifying relevant opportunities across multiple platforms, carefully screening and shortlisting viable bids aligned with our service offerings, and managing the complete proposal lifecycle. From drafting well-structured, compliant responses to ensuring timely submission, they demonstrated strong attention to detail and an understanding of bid requirements.

In addition to RFP support, they also provided dedicated virtual assistant services at an executive level. They handle a wide range of core functions including dispatch coordination, real-time route monitoring, escalation and dispute management, and backend documentation. The team stays actively on top of daily performance, flags potential issues early, and takes proactive steps to avoid disruptions. They also help streamline communication between drivers, dispatch, and management, which keeps everything aligned on a day-to-day basis.

On top of that, they’ve supported us with HR recruitment for Amazon DSP drivers — managing sourcing, screening, and coordination — which has helped us onboard the right people at the right time.
