There were at any given time 2-3 team members working with us.

We were looking to expand in the US market. Our marketing functions were operating in a hub and spoke model. There was a central brand and marketing team, but the regions had to run their own marketing function. To support our existing sales team, we were looking for a marketing team who could run the entire marketing function for the region and coordinate with the central marketing team.

How did you select this vendor?

After several rounds of discussions, Markivis was shortlisted. We choose Markivis' because of their approach, adaptability, and experience with B2B marketing for product and SAAS companies.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

At first, we were looking for a collaborator to oversee automation. As we gained confidence in the team, the engagement gradually expanded beyond managing marketing automation, including running campaigns, website management, SEO, content marketing, and lead generation campaigns. We were able to generate qualified leads for sales as a result of their marketing strategies being put into practice.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We reached 20000+ prospects and 50+ leads in quick succession. Additionally, we built brand awareness by putting their marketing strategies into practice. We've also improved things internally thanks to frequent suggestions and updates on how potential target audiences perceive us.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Extremely effective. The project manager and the entire team had plenty of experience handling obstacles and delivering results on schedule. They communicate and understand each other well overall.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We genuinely appreciate their strategy of going above and beyond what is required to guarantee project delivery. They made no complaints regarding numerous changes and the added value, which was crucial.

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?

Actually, no. Quality has always been our main priority, and the team has cooperated flexibly with us to keep things on track so far in our relationship.
